As we were greeting our friends at the campground the man comes up to us pointing his finger and shouting "you have not reported and you must" We were dumbfounded as this man with loud gruff voice and pointing fingers told us something. We responded by saying that we had been... at the campground for a week. The man responded very gruffly saying "where are you standing then?"
