Highly recommended campsite
Camping Pla de Barrès is conveniently located in the French Pyrenees. The pitches are practically in the middle of a sparse forest, very shady, more than big enough and you can drive to every pitch by car. The location directly on the Têt is also beautiful. The sanitary facilities are cleaned twice a... day and are almost always clean. The staff were always friendly and speak good English. There is a small campsite store where you can pre-order various baguettes, croissants and sandwiches for the next day. I can unreservedly recommend this campsite for campers who don't need a pool, entertainment program etc. but are looking for a simple, nice campsite with everything they need.
