"small well-kept place with potential - Beautiful small farm with campsite close to the sea. The whole place is very well maintained and always clean. The operators are very nice and always helpful. The sanitary building was always very clean, but there are a few little things that do not justify a 5-star rating. It is simply too small for the size of the space, because 2 wash places, 2 showers and 2 toilets each for men and women is scarce when fully occupied. The fact that toilets, showers and washing areas are all in one room is also not always pleasant and there is no urinal for the men. In addition, the showers have very little water pressure, the rooms are quite cool for showering in late fall and the taps at the washing areas are unsuitable for washing hair. The site can't help the noise from the road and helicopters, but the additional noise from motorcycles and quad bikes on the access road to the house is annoying. For us, a wonderful place that still has a little more potential. We will definitely be back.

"Top - So what a nice and warm welcome from Sandra. Apart from a bread roll service, clean sanitary facilities and around 30 pitches, there is nothing here but nature and agriculture. The site is right behind the dunes and behind it is the sea. Simply wonderful!

"Camping behind the dike - Beautiful CP directly behind the dunes. Friendly reception. Pitch and sanitary facilities always clean. The beach is within walking distance, beautiful paths from the campsite through the dunes. Beautiful cycle paths, 9 km to the Texel ferry, good shopping facilities within 5 km. At night the place is quiet, but from about 7:00 clock busy road traffic and helicopter overflight.

"Mini-Camping Hoeve ons Lust - We spent our vacation from 16.07.2022 to 30.07.2022 at the mini-campinng Hoeve ons Lust. This campsite is located just behind Julianadorp, directly behind the dunes. The nearest beach access is really close by. The campsite is divided into different fields. The pitches are generously sized and, as is usually the case in Holland, the cars are parked in a separate parking lot. We received a very friendly welcome from the owner and were given some information brochures and cycling and hiking maps of the surrounding area. You can walk for miles along the beach with your dog. The tour of the farm offered by the owner and conducted by her personally was also very interesting. It gave us an impression of how much work and passion goes into the production of flower bulbs. From the campsite, you can cycle to the nearest towns such as Julianadorp, Callansoog or Den Helder along beautiful cycle paths. Another nice destination is the hotel at the tip of Den Helder, right next to the ferry terminal to the island of Texel. Cycle along the dune cycle path towards Den Helder until you reach the hotel, where the cycle path ends. Here you can sit on the terrace in a sheltered spot and watch the ferries arrive and depart. The whole thing is combined with a cold drink and a small snack. This campsite is naturally very popular due to its location. During our stay, the 31 pitches were fully booked. Only campers who had made a reservation were accepted. Everyone else had to leave without having achieved anything. We really had a wonderful, relaxing vacation here. But the truth is also as follows: This mini campsite is located on a full-time farm. There are large tractors, wheel loaders and forklift trucks driving around. From time to time, a large articulated lorry also drives onto the farm to deliver the goods needed for the sales.

"Very nice small, fine campsite - It was our first time here and we are still very impressed! Super friendly welcome, very clean sanitary facilities, bread roll service and always an open ear. We also enjoyed the insight into the tulip bulb production and Sandra's answers to our many questions. Thank you very much, dear Sandra Bak, for this wonderful time in North Holland! The Post family
