- Eduard G.May 2018VentajasBeautiful beachDesventajasThe price is disproportionate to what is on offer.Never againThe beautiful location cannot compensate for the negative points. Towing vehicles may not be parked on the pitches. In the 1st category, section 1000, cars can be parked close to the pitches but are too narrow for larger vehicles. In the other categories, vehicles must be parked in a parking lot above... the campsite after unloading. Camping Card Europe has supposedly never been seen here. The stay has to be paid in advance. If you want to do more shopping, you have to take the narrow winding road to Tossa. It gets shady very early in the afternoon. The ominous evacuation points above the beach are inaccessible for people with disabilities. We left after one night.Traducido automáticamente.
- Artur T.August 2016Charming and tightA beautiful corner of Spain. Field very large and relatively to the number of guests a small beach. General living conditions ok. On site store, laundry, ATM, two restaurants, swimming pool. Staff speaks Spanish, English and two people in German.Traducido automáticamente.
- Stefan K.August 2016VentajasLocation and route to Tossa Bay RestaurantDesventajasBeach overcrowdedbeautiful baywith clear water, deep bay so soon in the shade. Bay unfortunately completely overcrowded as it is probably the most beautiful in the area and many day visitors come in addition to the CP and hotel guests. Very nice beach bar on the footpath to Tossa which is also very nice. Tossa a bit too touristy... for my taste but well worth seeing and also ok to go out for a meal. Restaurant on the square very good, beach bar also offers small dishes but sundowner is unfortunately not in it due to shady location From the hotel, about 10 min. up the mountain, there is a paid shuttle to Tossa, from Tossa you can continue by busTraducido automáticamente.
- Tobias S.July 2016First time campingSo Tossa, through friends we became aware of this not-so-well-known place and after buying a van (Berlingo) we considered spending our next vacation as campers. The only thing that stood in the way of this endeavor was one or two minor issues. For example, no possible destination, no place to sleep and... neither a realistic plan of camping itself, let alone equipment! Let's go then! Once it was clear that even at our young age we couldn't go a week without sleep, we had to think about where we could sleep. Either a tent or a car. As I came across some fascinating extensions during my research, the decision was made quite quickly. It was going to be an (albeit amateurish) conversion! As a trained plant mechanic (gas and water guild and other things), it should be a piece of cake to build a place to sleep. No sooner said than done! And even quite comfortable. In the interim and subsequent period, I bought everything I needed and also unnecessary ( solar shower ) from various trading platforms on the WWW and also got some nice information. Now finally POLA. After a seemingly endless drive through the land of baguettes and rude petrol station attendants, the journey through Catalan territory was quite short. Once we arrived in Tossa de mar, it was only a short but winding road to the campsite. What could we expect? We knew most about camping from the "stories" on a TV program, which were rather less credible. The site itself was divided into different sections. Tents, caravans and more or less permanent rental accommodation. We ourselves had booked quite happily. About two minutes' walk from the small beach in a bay. And just far enough away from the center of the site to avoid the noise of the young people. The entire water area was well maintained and the staff were always polite and smiling. Entertainment was also provided if required. From sporting entertainment at the (beautiful, quite modern) pool, to beach volleyball and yoga, everything was available free of charge. The town of Toss de mar could be reached by cab for around €15. Alternatively, you could also take the bus from a nearby hotel at different times for a few euros. Alternatively, you could also walk through the postcard-like coastal landscape in about 45 minutes. So, tired! Done! All in all, a very successful and certainly not the last vacation at a great campsite. Thanks to the Pola team and see you next time. Sabina, Bella + TobiasTraducido automáticamente.
- Gerd B.July 2014Great campsiteBeautifully situated with a great bay and crystal clear water. However, the small beach was always very crowded. We only went to the beach for swimming and diving. The small store has its own bakery and has fresh bread every day. The area is not suitable for cycling. The site is clean and the sanitary facilities were cleaned regularly (at least 3 times a day).Traducido automáticamente.
- Pietro P.August 2013Very beautifully situated site, with a picture-book bathing bay. Sanitary facilities overloaded at peak times but very clean! Good restaurant, well-stocked supermarket. Highly recommended!Traducido automáticamente.
- Manfred A.August 2011The sanitary facilities are very clean. The site is very noisy, there are too many vehicles on the site all day. No bus connection to TossaTraducido automáticamente.
- Mohr H.June 2011Fantastically located campsite on a beautiful bay just outside Tossa de Mar. The sanitary facilities are clean and the campsite supermarket is well stocked.Traducido automáticamente.
