Perros sueltos cagando y meando. Descontrol total de niños haciendo ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Permiten botellón de más de 20 chavales liando escándalo. Un solo señor es el encargado de la seguridad por la noche, los chavales se ríen de él. Muchas mierda y suciedad en los baños.Nunca más!Tras varios años como clientes hemos vivido un fin de semana de vergüenza y casi me tengo que pelear con un grupo de las decenas de niñatos que acoge este camping sin control alguno de música, botellón... convivencia y respeto mínimo! Lo mejor al darle por escrito las quejas “si no os gusta os cambiáis... de parcela “ ole tus huevos campeón!!! Pues no lo hicimos de parcela, lo hicimos de camping!!! La Rosaleda, no a cinco minutos que se encuentra de este, sino a años luz!!! Todo iba muy bien, salvo cosas que no le dimos importancia como el desnivel del plato ducha, puertas que... se atascaban o bolas de pelos en la piscina… Hasta que llegó la hora de irnos. Teníamos que abandonar los bungalows el domingo a las 12:00 de la mañana por lo que quedamos a las 11:45 en la puerta de los bungalows para cargar todo en los coches y revisar que todo estuviera en orden para devolverlo. Y así fue, comprobamos todo minuciosamente para devolver el bungalow en su correcto estado; sábanas, mantas, sillas, microondas, vajilla, televisor, etc y al salir comprobamos que las ventanas y la puerta estuvieran cerradas. Seguidamente entregamos las llaves en recepción y nos esperamos a que el personal de mantenimiento revisara los bungalows y que nos dieran la fianza, y ¿cuál fue nuestra sorpresa? Pues que misteriosamente había desaparecido un televisor de uno de los bungalows, inmediatamente fuimos al bungalow y así era, no estaba, lo habíamos dejado dentro de un mueble, donde mismo lo encontramos y había desaparecido!! Según nos dijeron los vecinos cercanos sólo vieron entrar al personal de mantenimiento. Cuando volvimos a recepción seguían diciéndonos que faltaba el televisor, que lo habíamos robado (cosa que evidentemente no es así) y que se quedaban con la fianza de los 2 bungalows. Así que pedimos una hoja de reclamación y tuvimos que llamar a la guardia civil para que mediaran. Todo esto ocurrió con la recepción llena de gente que tanto llegaban al camping como salían. Al final nos devolvieron la fianza del bungalow que estaba todo correcto pero se quedaron con la del otro. Durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí intentando solucionarlo hablábamos sólo con trabajadores, no daban la cara ni la dirección del camping ni ningún gerente ni nada, o al menos eso creíamos, hasta que después pedimos hablar con dirección y entonces uno de los trabajadores que anteriormente había hablado de “Dirección” en tercera persona, se identificó como gerente. En definitiva, que salimos de allí sin fianza y habiendo sido llamados ladrones. De VERGÜENZA!!
