    Ok
The place is basically very nice and always worth a trip. However, the surrounding area is very worthy of improvement. However, the lake and the Joba Bar are extremely cool, so I'd be happy to return.

    Unfriendly permanent campers
I will never visit this area again and can only advise against it, alcohol and cannabis are probably taken there enough.

    not handicapped accessible
There are women's parking spaces here, which as far as I know have been abolished since the Equal Opportunities Act came into force, but not here. But there are no disabled parking spaces in the visitor parking lot of the campsite.
    parking lot of the campsite.
I also find it very unfair when someone stands up for disabled people and is dismissed because of this.

You won't see me there again until fair management has been restored.

The groundsman lives up to his reputation as a former prison officer.
It's a campsite where you could feel at home if it weren't for the groundsman. It is forbidden to drive faster than 7 km/h on the campsite, but not the groundsman, who drives his e-bike at 25 km/h in front of a team and the team then drives just as fast, of course.

    I no longer go there
After reading the last review, I would like to share my experience.
A permanent camper wanted to drive to the lake with a disabled person, but this was not possible because a bollard was blocking the way. The groundsman and groundswoman had the key. He politely asked if it could be unlocked. The woman's...

    Not recommended
After reading Bernd and Marion's review, I would also like to share my experience.

One car is allowed on a pitch, but some people have 2 - 3 cars on their pitch, who is the best greaser?
During my stay, numbers were sprayed in pink on the paths in front of the pitches.
I was thinking of a prison feeling and now I read that the groundsman was a prison officer, then things become clear.

You won't see me there again.

    Beautiful campsite
I was traveling by bike in the summer of 2019. I received a friendly welcome on arrival. The campsite was also fine. The weather was a bit cloudy and it was almost too quiet for me. There were hardly any activities, but you did see people. The sanitary facilities were clean and were being cleaned when I was there. There was a supermarket nearby, easy to get to by bike. Would use the site again if I came by.

Very helpful and friendly, beautiful place by the lake
We were traveling with three people for one night. We had inadvertently packed our tent without the fiberglass poles and were therefore unable to pitch the tent. On Saturday afternoon there was also no possibility of buying poles nearby. The campsite operator was very helpful and even provided us with...

    Just in case
I was on this course over twenty years ago and wanted to try it again with the family - it was scary! The site has hardly changed over the years. The permanent campers have extended their shacks and it is sometimes very reminiscent of slums, with corrugated iron, wooden sheds etc. everywhere. This has...

Permanent campsite that is totally run down
We stayed here for two nights. There are ten day pitches available, lots of wooden cabins that can be rented and lots of permanent campers. The permanent campers' area is a disaster: sometimes you can't even see the caravan because it's so built up. Some pitches in this area have probably not seen a...

    Is a beautiful place
We have been to the site many times and have always been well received and if we had any problems we were always helped. It is also clean and the toilets are new.

    Everything is coherent!
Sanitary facilities were kept very clean no mold in the bathroom or toilets. Shower curtains and shower heads were also very well maintained.

    Unkempt place
Hedges are not cut, lawn not mowed where you stand with the caravan or tent, the sanitary facilities are only cleaned thoroughly twice a week, info office only open 2 hours in the morning otherwise only reachable by cell phone etc. The place is in a generally unkempt condition

Quietly situated site, friendly welcome, clean sanitary facilities, very spacious playground. Shopping facilities in the village (approx. 500m)
