    Super place!
I would take this place again and again, because it is only 10 from the harbor, which is very convenient! But also a visit to Deal, Sandwich and Canterbury is quickly feasible!
The sanitary facilities are also good and clean> everything speaks for this site and we have already experienced others close to the harbor!

Ideal place for the first or last days of a UK vacation
It is always difficult to give a review, but I try to do so objectively and factually. We made a request at short notice and the confirmation and processing of the booking was very correct and friendly. The journey to the site is typical for England via narrow roads but not a problem. The site itself...

Well-kept place with good location to the ferry port
Nice place in approx. 30min. Distance to the ferry port of Dover. Very friendly and helpful operators. Small store and café on site. Railroad line behind the site, but didn't bother us. Walking paths for dog owners in the immediate vicinity.

    Nice and quiet place
Pitches with a slight slope. Nice quiet site, railroad line next door, railroad noise can also be heard at night. Dover cliffs etc. within easy reach. Overall nice site.

    Close to the ferry
We chose this campsite simply because of its proximity to the ferry port. It's only 10 minutes from the ferry port to the campsite. The small village of Deal is very close by and you can get a taste of the sea air here on the first or last evening. If you arrive late you will receive a code and you can enter the campsite without registering in person (after instructions by email).

Nice CP near the ferry port of Dover
The campsite is only a 10-minute drive from the ferry port of Dover, making it ideal for arrivals and departures. Spacious grass pitches with electricity are available as tourist pitches and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a small kiosk with snacks on site, but it closes very early...

Nice place, close to Dover ferry port
Unfortunately, we only discovered the site on our return journey. Anyone traveling to/from Dover by ferry should have this place in their satnav. Only about 10 minutes by car from the ferry port. The site is located directly on a railroad line, but this is not particularly annoying. In addition, there are no trains at night. Otherwise, clean, spacious site. Friendly staff. Lots of rabbits on site.

    Quiet, very well connected
The site seems a bit out of the way, but Dover is about 5 km and the White Cliffs 3 km from the site and can be reached on foot or by bike. There are good bus and very good train connections. Even London is within easy reach! Canterbury, a highlight, is also close by.

Good ferry campsite for arrival or departure
We used this pitch on the outward journey as we crossed over by ferry in the evening. We booked online and then received a code for the barrier, where we were able to choose a pitch on the lawn after reception closed. TOP! In front of the barrier there is a small meadow (4-5 places) where latecomers...

    Good place for ferry users
Large site in a rural setting just a few miles from Dover ferry port. Advance booking recommended for arrivals after 17:30. Reception unfortunately closed from 17:30. After that, only a less attractive "late arrivals" pitch, as the barrier to the pitch can only be opened with a code. Numerous meadow...

    beautiful first destination in GB
Perfect place for the first or last days in the UK or even longer. With the possibility of arriving late before the barrier and staying overnight. Other campsites should copy this. Very nice reception. Beautiful pitches and meadow. Train next door didn't bother us. There was also a nice beer garden, but we didn't use it.

Nice big site with plenty of room on the pitches. Situated a few minutes walk from the railway station with a regular service to and from the centre of Dover. We found the staff very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Not too many leisure facilities on site but plenty to do in the immediate area....

A real recommendation for the first or last overnight stay on the island. Dover Castle is just one of the many sights nearby. The only thing that slightly spoils the overall impression is the railroad line that runs past the site.

as mentioned before for "late arrivals" well suited, place clean and tidy, we did not find the train line disturbing one night

Ideal for travelers arriving late in Dover or taking an early ferry. The ferry port is only 4 km away. The pitch is tidy. Latecomers can set up camp on the late arrival pitch. Unfortunately, a railroad line runs right past the site, which is noisy.

Well located site for travelers to and from Dover. Quiet location, with a little-used railroad line nearby. Sanitary facilities are clean, the store is poorly equipped. The price is around 23 pounds for a single person.
