Ventajas
Large pitches divided by hedges and lawn. Clean sanitary building and large showers (with washbasins). Beautiful, well-kept grounds and lovely pool area. Friendly staff. Directly on the cycle path that leads into town.
Desventajas
No toilet seats, toilet paper in front of the toilet and no soap/air dryer for washing hands afterwards. Washing machine expensive (6€).
Very nice, clean CP
A really nice, clean and nicely laid out CP, which also has mobile homes, but is still spread out. Some of these mobile homes are privately owned, but they are well looked after and not as densely packed as you've seen elsewhere. We were there in the low season and it was absolutely quiet. At the weekend... it gets a bit more crowded with families, but you could only tell because the pool area was much fuller. As in the Vendée in general, the campsite is mainly occupied by British and Irish people, as well as the French of course. The staff are very friendly. As the town is close by, you can get there easily on the well-maintained cycle paths. During the NS in particular, it was a hive of activity, which is more than you can say for the other places by the sea. We will be back.
