"IDEAL for a stopover - We stopped over for 3 nights. Wanted to explore the Auvergne, unfortunately it rained far too much. The site is ideally located for the highway. The A75 is a great southern route. There is a supermarket with a gas station in the immediate vicinity. The pitches are large and level, partly parceled out. One sanitary building is very old and very worn. However, the operator is very concerned about cleanliness. The advantage of this building is that it is gender-segregated. The new modern building is only partially separated by gender. Or the separation is simply not observed. In addition, the building is not completely closed, which means that there is a draught in the wind. All in all, however, we would stay here again on our way south. The operators are very friendly and the route works well for us.

"Beautiful Municipal - The campsite is located to the right of the highway (the village itself is on the other side of the highway). There is a cycle path into the village and to the shopping facilities (large Carrefour). The sanitary facilities are separated into male and female, the toilet blocks are equipped with toilet seats, toilet paper, soap and urinals. Everything is a bit dated but clean and the showers have plenty of hot water. We did not hear the nearby highway.

"very nice campsite - Super friendly welcome from the lady, great location for the camper van and everything you need to change the water and top up. not far from the GB for shopping. correct price.

"Clean beautiful place - We stayed there for 12 nights in July/August. Very friendly welcome from the friendly and hard-working staff. Clean and level pitches with their own water/waste water and electricity connections. Some pitches are parceled out and separated by hedges. There is play equipment for younger children as well as video games, table football and a TV for the slightly older ones. Bowling and mini golf are also available (unfortunately I can't say whether it costs anything). Free WLan within a radius of approx. 100 meters around the TV/stay room. Very nicely laid out reception area. Two older sanitary buildings have been replaced by a new large one. There is also a second one that is getting on in years, both sanitary buildings were clean at all times, and there were never any bottlenecks with showers etc. The beautiful city center with many small stores can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, by bike in about 10. A supermarket is about 500m from the campsite, in the immediate vicinity there are 3 restaurants which we can recommend. Good starting point for excursions to Clermont-Ferrand (Michelin Museum and cathedral), Puy de Dôme, Volcan de Legtempy and Volvic. All guests are invited to a welcome drink on Mondays and a boules tournament is held on Tuesdays. In addition, every Friday (at least during our stay) the campsite organizes canoe trips on the nearby River Issoire, lasting around 3 hours for €12. Canoes and mountain bikes can also be hired in the neighborhood on other days. The campsite is located on the A75 and is therefore often used as an overnight stop. The highway is within earshot, but we didn't find this annoying. Conclusion: A beautiful Muncipal which can also be used for vacation and not just as an overnight stay. Quiet and a good starting point for excursions into the Auvergne.

"Town square near the highway - Convenient location to the highway. Supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Clean, large pitch. Large partitioned pitches. The baker comes to the site in the morning. Clean sanitary facilities. Like all municipal sites, good value for money.

The campsite is ideally situated just off the A75 motorway, the hollidays motorway, and has an envied position within the large le mas sports and leisure centre. The Mas lake and the banks of the nearby river Allier guarantee a haven you can relax in.
