First of all the positives:
CP directly on the sea/beach with its own beach access, pitches directly in front of the access to the beach (super short walk) with sea view and the sound... of the sea, that was really great! Very nice staff at the campsite, regardless of the area. Well-kept but very old CP site.
The campsite seemed like a ghost town, we had the campsite almost to ourselves, yet the supermarket was open (2 employees, no customers). In the supermarket there was everything you need, including a relatively large fruit and vegetable counter, a fresh counter with sausage, meat and a cheese counter. Overall, a relatively large campsite with lots of permanent camper pitches. The pitches directly facing the sea can be occupied by traveling campers.
Now to the negatives:
Lots of mosquitoes!!! This is probably due to the proximity to a standing body of water (it looks like a river on the map).
Very outdated site, the sanitary facilities etc were "well maintained" and relatively clean but everything was really very old... it was half outdoors and very large/spacious - in summer it is guaranteed to be very busy here.
The nearby club (disco?) was closed so it was nice and quiet at night and we only heard the sound of the sea.
The playground, like the rest of the campsite, was very, very old and quickly became uninteresting for my children. The pool was unfortunately still closed on May 13th, but no wonder when there are only 2-3 campers. The very long sandy beach is a really narrow strip. We had low tide and at high tide the water rises up to the steps (see photos). As there was nothing going on, we had the beach to ourselves, which was very nice. The beach is definitely very crowded in high season.
Conclusion: ok for one/two nights in low season, especially because of the great location by the sea. Expensive: 1 night €61.Traducido automáticamente. - Thomas R.April 2018BeautifulLarge pitches with sea view and direct access to the beach. Italian sanitary...Traducido automáticamente.
