Allegedly because the cleaning lady is in hospital and the replacement is not so good at it... The pitches themselves are small and for the most part very sloping due to the hillside location. If you trust the photos of the camp - and then hope, like me, that you can do some hiking on the beautiful peninsula: forget it - the peninsula is the private property of a ??? (presumably a hunting club). No trespassing. There is always something positive: the operators are nice and active. There is no good restaurant and a good store. For swimming, I recommend the (few accessible) spots, north-east of the camp, in the open sea!!! But you have to be lucky... to get hold of a free sunbathing area here. NO INTERNET! The campsites offer plenty of space and are beautifully situated under trees, a lovely idyllic spot. There is a clean beach with pebbles which is great for children, but the cliffy coast was also no problem with... our children and our favorite swimming spot. Great for snorkeling and swimming. Boats can be hired. The sanitary facilities were always clean and the cleaners were always around. The toilets are equipped with disinfectant dispensers and there were washing lotion dispensers in the showers. I thought it was great that there were children's washbasins. We always had nice warm water without shower tokens, which means you could take a shower and wash your long hair without needing three shower tokens :0) The restaurant was good, unfortunately the portions were a bit small.
