Michael M.August 2022Positiivsed.... splendidly quiet location....Negatiivsed....Not very easy access (but easily possible with NAVI), supply only possible via expensive "Sklep" nearby (1500m)...........Camping in the orchard....we were here for three nights with the motorhome.....very friendly welcome from the housewife.....quiet location in the orchard of an abandoned farm.....sanitary facilities good.....a "Polish" plug (pin in the socket) is necessary for power supply!

We were allowed to use the barn as a place to stay and for our bikes. There is garden furniture outside for guests to use. There is also a fireplace with a barbecue. Extremely nice hostess, who has thoughtfully renovated both the house and outbuildings for guests to use. I suspect it would get a bit crowded with several campers and tents - we were alone or with one neighbor. Quiet - only sounds of nature, dazzling views. Best place if you want to escape from city. Plenty of space to play with kids, place to spend time with your adult companion around fireplace or just by the table. If you like to walk there are many trails, a great deal of routes for bikers. Lovely garden with fruit trees , hammock and fire pit for relaxing evenings. Lake was close by (we visited 1). The kids could play in the sand and jump off floating docks into the water. We even took a bus trip to Vilnius from nearby Suwalki; For those who like the lack of crowd and hustle and bustle of typical campgrounds.
