W.July 2024Positiivsedsmall beautiful campsite, quiet location, very friendly staff, online bookingNegatiivsednoneNice little campsite between le Havre and ÉtretatThe campsite may be smaller, but it has its own special charm and is located on the coast between le Havre (30 minutes) and Étretat. Booking and payment can easily be made online in advance. The campsite staff gave us a very friendly welcome and explained everything we needed to know. The pitches are... large, quiet and have electricity and water points close to the site. The wash house is not very big and you have to bring your own toilet paper, but it is very clean. Baguettes and croissants can easily be ordered at the campsite the day before and picked up in the morning. There is a beautiful beach (Plage de Saint-Jouin-Bruneval) near the village of Saint Jouin Bruneval with free parking and an excellent restaurant, which is particularly suitable for eating mussels. The man was very friendly, the woman very annoyed to aggressive, insisted on a decision, reacted brusquely to questions. Very friendly operators, the sanitary facilities are old - but were always very clean. There is a small playground and a kiosk with a bread roll or rather baguette service.
