"Idyllic campsite - We originally came to this beautiful place just to pass through, but we will certainly come back again for a longer period. It is highly recommended. The pool is great for swimming and relaxing. Even in times of Corona, you can go on vacation here without any worries, as all hygiene measures are observed. The family-run campsite has a pleasant atmosphere and we were treated warmly at all times. A visit to the restaurant is highly recommended.

"Beautiful new campsite - What a wonderful place! Beautifully restored and organized. I hope the peace and quiet remains. More shade in the middle grounds might be desirable. Worth coming back to these sympathetic owners.

"Een pareltje - Dit is werkelijk een parchtige camping. Jane kookt een heerlijke maaltijd voor je als je dat wilt en bij het schittterende zwembad kan je ook een heerlijk drankje bestellen in de orangerie. De plekken zijn mega, een zeer goede grasmat, nog wat weinig schaduw maar dat wordt goed gecompenseerd door de bosrand. Je komt here tot rust! De staf is enthousiast en toegewijd. De kastelen in de directe omgeving zijn indrukwekkend en je kunt bij de Loire lekker fietsen. Amboise is a lovely town with good restaurants. Next year again!!!

An area of outstanding natural beauty, the Orangerie de Beauregard is set in 53 hectares of private grounds, woods and fields on the edge of the beautiful village of Villedômer. It offers visitors a rare opportunity to experience the natural …beauty of the area and get an authentic taste of all that the Loire Valley has to offer. Come and enjoy everything this beautiful campsite has to offer, with activities to appeal to young and old alike, from our stunning heated swimming pool to our forest activities for children and our multi-sports facilities. The pitches are located on grassy areas between the trees. You can even reserve a pitch in the middle of the forest. Wonderful! But even in nature, sometimes you want a little more comfort. Then book a comfort pitch with a barbecue and picnic table. This way you can dine extensively in front of your own caravan. Do you want to camp in royal style? Then stay in a glamping cabin by the castle. Explore our old forest paths for the nature lovers among us or rent a bike and take longer bike rides on proven bike paths to discover more of the area. The castle is located on the Way of St. James from Holland to Santiago de Compostela in Spain and offers accommodation for weary pilgrims and a chapel for those seeking spiritual refreshment. Sample homemade food at our privately-run restaurant, take a break with a slice of cake at the café and relax with a drink by the pool at the Orangerie bar – what better way to spend a holiday and truly unwind. Visit some of the many castles nearby, the majestic Chambord, the stunning Chenonceau and the beautiful Chaumont with its award-winning gardens – all within 3/4 hours' reach. Don't miss the town of Amboise on the banks of the Loire with its royal castle and the Clos Lucé, the last residence of Leonardo da Vinci, where many of his famous inventions are on display.
