It is only a few minutes' walk from the very pretty town center (tip: pick up a free booklet with a very nice sightseeing tour at the campsite reception). If you are looking for peace and wellness, you should... look for another site. But there are also very nice walks in the Illwald forest of Sélestat (with canals and suspension bridges). The reception is very friendly, and if you don't speak French you can get by with German. Baguettes and croissants can be pre-ordered until 8pm for the next morning. Very nice are the daily visits of the stork "Gertrude" who is always very happy about a few pieces of cheese or sausage.Automaatselt tõlgitud.

We were woken up in the morning by the chirping of birds. The pitch is surrounded by lots of trees and is very well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly. The sanitary facilities are heated and very clean, but the water from the shower could be a little warmer, there is only one temperature. There is a vending machine for coffee, toothpaste, sweets and small everyday items. It is a bit noisy in the morning when several school buses arrive at the nearby school.Automaatselt tõlgitud.
- Heidi K.September 2013We spent 10 days here in September 2013, longer than planned. We liked it very much. You can be in the old town, which is very pretty, in 10 minutes. Tuesdays are market day, well worth a visit. The wine route is not far away, no problem at all by car, certainly also possible by bike (for campers). The... two men at reception are very nice and helpful. The sanitary facilities are cleaned very well once a day, but the facilities are a bit small, so when it's busy it can be a bit unclean or you have to wait for a shower, at least in the ladies' section. The school center is located behind the campsite. So there can be noise disturbance from school buses from 7am. But that didn't bother us.Automaatselt tõlgitud.
