Positives: - the swimming pool (open day and night) - the fallow deer (there was a note in the pool saying that feeding should be banned because the wrong or even dangerous things get into the enclosure; I can't understand why it is not actually banned) - the playground - not overcrowded - We didn't have electricity straight away, but it was switched on when we asked. As we normally book without electricity and only used it to pump up the mattresses, we didn't see the limitation as a negative thing. The gentleman was also not so unfriendly when we asked.

- As already mentioned here several times, the operators are very unfriendly. If you want guests to come back, you should think about how you talk to them. Years of camping experience, even with less than ideal sanitary conditions, have not led me to write a review, perhaps not even of this site. But I was very annoyed by the way it was. As soon as we arrived, we stopped briefly at the motorhome site in front of the barrier, in the obvious absence of a parking space, our window was knocked on with the words: "The parking lot is here" with a finger pointing to a piece of grass in front of the cornfield. Unfortunately, we couldn't see it without a sign. I don't know who the man was who knocked, he was gone too quickly. Here are a few examples from my memory log: 1. the deposit I paid a deposit for both seats together immediately after booking. This deposit was not in your records, which I hope is not my fault, but was suggested to me. I offered to check on which date this was, but got no answer. The lady then "checked" back and forth with the gentleman (I assume) and lo and behold, the deposit was there. Then she wanted to charge for one place. I asked if I should pay for both individually, but got no answer. They just kept clicking on the PC. I was then allowed to pay for both together. 2. the guest who did not arrive I informed them that a guest would not be arriving. Without me asking if we could get the price waived and also without asking if there might be an important or even health reason for this, the gentleman told me in passing that it was bad and they also had to watch their money and that's why we had booked. Period. Then he was gone again. Well, it wasn't an expense, but it could have been worded much more kindly. 3. the Sunday question I asked about this in at least three emails during the bumpy booking process. In the last one, I even explicitly asked only this: Is it possible to stay on the pitch a little longer than 11 a.m. on Sunday? We had arrived late on Friday and would have liked to spend some time there on Sunday. First of all, this question was not answered at all, not at all. No answer, simply ignored. Well, then I asked again on site. And there too, the question was ignored (and I spoke louder because I had the feeling that we couldn't understand each other through the face mask and the plexiglass screen). The lady continued typing without answering or asking what I had said. After she had finished, I asked again. Instead of an answer or a "wait a minute I'll ask" she went into the next room to the gentleman without a sound, came back and said nothing, just gave me the transponders. I then asked again. The answer: "Yes, only if you pay again." Ok...that was an answer, I can work with that. But again, the manner was impossible. The answer could also have been friendlier. For example, "We're sorry, but that's only possible if you pay something else." Or they could have simply asked how long and then decided whether they could afford to be so inflexible for an hour or two. I could have understood at that time that you have to keep your money together in the industry, but that wasn't customer loyalty. I also have to say that the place wasn't fully booked, otherwise it would have been more than understandable and could have been communicated that way, but that wasn't the case. - At first glance, the corona measures look great. Signs everywhere and a concept. But it wasn't implemented. We were not asked for proof of testing or vaccination on arrival. At first glance, the operators can't help their guests, who hardly wore masks in the toilet and bathroom area, but apparently they assume that this is not taken so seriously after the lax reception without interest in proof. - WiFi: free of charge and without a connection; you hardly ever had an internet connection when you were in the WiFi

The sanitary facilities were not (insufficiently) cleaned - especially in corona times, hygiene should be observed. But nobody here is interested in that. You can take 5 min. hot showers - per day! Free WLAN - but no or hardly any Internet. The whole place is totally outdated. Everything was amateurishly put together!
