"beautiful, natural, well-managed campsite - Our pitch was assigned to us as requested in the immediate vicinity of wash house 3, great! Located under shady deciduous trees on forest ground, the plots are partly "paved" with gravel. We cannot rate the sanitary facilities as we had the rental bathroom in WH 3; this was well cleaned when we took over and was functional and sufficiently large. Overall, however, one of the most expensive campsites we have ever booked, and yet without the option of booking a comfort pitch (naturalness ...). We bought our breakfast rolls from the local bakery in Zinnowitz, as we didn't like the quality of the baked goods on offer and the price-performance ratio in the bistro. The place is super well maintained, the pitches are raked and cleared of cones etc. before being re-occupied. The staff are super friendly and very service-oriented, from the booking via email to the usher and the cleaning staff! The campsite as a whole is very quiet. Unfortunately, from the 2nd week onwards we had a noisy group of 3 caravans including a group pavilion with several children as neighbors. In the evenings we would have liked the security service to have pointed out to this group that they should keep a quiet night, which unfortunately did not happen. The beach access through the forest over the dunes is a challenge on foot for people with limited mobility and unfortunately not suitable for bicycles. You can easily explore the nearest towns by bike via the cycle paths. All in all, a successful and beautiful vacation for us. Zinnowitz and Usedom are more than worth a visit, we will certainly come back again.

"Nice vacation with a small... But - In any case, I can recommend the site even though we paid the most expensive price of our camping career. (probably due to the general price increases). But I wanted to mention that. The children's entertainment is quite expensive at 5 euros per person. Even if these are external providers🧐, it would actually be the campsite's job to provide or finance such offers 😳🥳.

"A beautiful place - Due to the price system, a pitch quickly becomes extremely expensive and then the price-performance ratio is no longer right. For a large tent and a pavilion roof squeezed over it, we paid 70 euros per night. For this we had shower cards, additional costs for W-Lan and 10 cramped and very basic toilets each, which we were allowed to share with all 100 or more (?) campers in the tent area and which smelled awful in the evening. In addition, we had to buy a longer power cable because there were only a few and then overloaded power boxes that could not be reached with our 10m reel. Add to that the suspiciously grumpy looks from the site wardens and the forced friendliness at reception and we no longer felt welcome. What a pity.

"Beautiful natural campsite - Very well-kept, quiet, clean, natural campsite. Impeccable reception, bistro, kiosk. Very clean, modern sanitary blocks. Shower time charged to the second by card. Remaining credit is paid out. Wonderful cycle paths from Zinnowitz to Peenemünde or to the Polish border at Swinemünde. We are very happy to recommend this campsite and would like to thank the operators once again.

"Baltic Sea camping as it should be - The campsite is located on the edge of Zinnowitz directly behind the dunes facing the Baltic Sea. The site is well shaded by many pine trees and the pitches for caravans are parceled out. The sanitary buildings are large enough and are cleaned regularly. The path to the beach leads through the dunes and Zinnowitz is just a few minutes away. The site has nice leisure activities on offer. We were there for the 2nd time and felt very comfortable. The staff are friendly and solve any problems quickly and easily. We will gladly come back.

"Super nice place - A beautiful site surrounded by forest and dunes. Very good and well-kept sanitary facilities. With bread roll service and very friendly staff. Also suitable for large motorhomes.
