The site is very large and there are different types of pitches (DeLuxe to Free Zone). The different sanitary facilities were of very different quality,... the ones near us were quite outdated and the showers were moldy, some of them were only conzainer solutions.
The only restaurant that was open had high prices and a manageable menu, but the site was already very empty.
About half of the site consists of mobile homes, a large number of which are currently being demolished and replaced by new ones. This meant that a lot of work could be heard.

Prompt appointments, therefore bookable quite spontaneouslyNegatiivsedI have been going to the campsite for 8 years and have had my gel nails renewed once during my vacation. Unfortunately, it was a disastrous experience this year. Poor gel quality according to the employee, I can only judge the unclean work, because unfortunately I had the impression that the young lady was not well trained or was simply still too inexperienced. When I asked her to correct the work, she became shaky and very nervous. In the end, after 1.5 hours and several corrections, the result of the nails was only satisfactory at best and my hands and her face and the place were smeared with gel, I would wish for better quality and professionalism again for the price of 35 €.Beauty salonAs always, the campsite is a lovely place to feel at home. It caters for big and small and four-legged friends. We have been coming to Camping Village Simuni with our child (now 19 years old) and two dogs for 8 years! The campsite offers a wide choice of restaurants until the end of September with well-trained and very friendly staff, especially at the Harpoon Bar. The food is good and the prices were reasonable. When we had a special medical request, our needs were dealt... with very well - great!
In the low season from mid-September '22, the stay was cheap at around €35/day in the A zone, so the price-performance ratio was good. Our pitch in the second row was like the first row by the sea. At this time it was also very quiet, the occupancy rate was perhaps 20% on the pitches.
The omnipresence of the mostly well-behaved 4-legged friends is not disturbing. But it's good that the dog beach is explicitly marked so that you can take this into account when choosing a pitch.
Although the sanitary blocks are modern, they are equipped to varying degrees. The Brilliant Beach is rather below average, there are problems with small flies in the toilet area. The offer has increased by 82%.
We paid €1700 in 2022 and have now received an offer for €3100... for 2023.
The fee for the 1st row alone has been raised from €20 to €50 per day.
The price-performance ratio is definitely no longer right here on the pitch.

You really get a lot on offer there! The beach is a dream! Absolutely child-friendly!
No restaurant there needs to hide its culinary delights either!
Unfortunately, it was our first time here, so we didn't have the chance to book a selected pitch, but were allocated... one in the booked zone.
Unfortunately, ours was right next to the garbage cans... basically no problem, there was no unpleasant smell.
However, it was the first garbage bin on the way after the evening entertainment, so at 23:00 many visitors threw their glass bottles in (not ideal with a small child who is asleep at this time) and dumped their garbage there. Often next to the garbage cans, unfortunately, so that we always had to clean up our place in the morning, including user handkerchiefs, etc. Our first request to change pitches could not be accommodated, we were only offered a worse pitch. A member of staff came to assess the situation, but there was no response to our last email. The garbage was then simply left lying around. What a shame! Unfortunately, the situation bothered us so much that we left a day earlier than planned!
The sanitary facilities did not meet our expectations either. The staff certainly try very hard, but in our opinion there were simply not enough of them to remove the dirt. The one or other wash house could also do with some renovation.
Conclusion: a really great place with a lot of potential, but in our opinion a few things still need to be improved.
However, we probably won't be back due to the lack of feedback. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, very little is done here for campers with dogs, although it is advertised as "dog-friendly".Ample space for expensive moneyNice place with many too small pitches for a rather high price. But there is always a power cable and water for 4 pitches. Prices in the restaurant are almost at German level but there is something for everyone. The sanitary facilities are tidy but occasionally not clean. The prices in the supermarket... are not much more expensive than outside. Childcare is great and the playgrounds are adequate. Unfortunately, there are not enough barbecue grills and only gas barbecues are allowed on site. Unfortunately, the four-legged friends are also neglected as there is not enough opportunity to run around. We had a nice, shady pitch for our motorhome near the beach, about 50m from the really beautiful brilliant beach (light-colored pebbles).
Although the campsite was quite... fully booked, we didn't step on each other's toes on the beach (for high season conditions in the Mediterranean;)). Sun loungers and parasols are free, but despite the 'please do not reserve' policy, they were unfortunately mostly occupied.
Beach shoes are recommended but we didn't see any sea urchins.
We had a sanitary building very close by - there seemed to be enough on the campsite as it was never overcrowded. The sanitary buildings we saw were all relatively new and airy, and ours was always clean. I'm actually very picky but I really enjoyed going there to shower and wash up. Also, unlike most campsites, there were plenty of washing machines (unfortunately expensive like everywhere else).
Unfortunately the supermarket was a bit further away, but no problem with a bike. There was a small kiosk, bakery, restaurants, ice cream parlor... nearby. We can recommend the fish restaurant.
We weren't near a dog beach, so there probably weren't too many dogs near our pitch. Unfortunately, we also experienced a dog being taken for a walk and 'marking its territory' on a tree on our plot. Even though we were standing in front of the camper van with children. Sorry, but I have no understanding for this and I find such behavior by dog owners simply outrageous and disgusting. Do you also let your dog pee in the neighbor's garden at home? Yikes!
Of course, the campsite can't help such behavior, but I think a dog-free zone would be great

Unfortunately, parking is very wild and it can get tight. The Paltz is well divided and vacationers are well distributed on the beach. Unfortunately, some of the sun loungers are reserved the evening before, but by 09.00 at the latest... there are no more free ones. There should be better enforcement here. Also, the quiet time from 23.00 is not really monitored. One morning there was no toilet paper in any of the toilets. This shouldn't happen on a campsite like this. Otherwise, the campsite and the sea are very clean. The restaurants we visited were very tasty and the prices were completely ok. The small supermarket offers everything you need for daily life and next to it there is a kind of small butcher who offers pre-packed meat. The fishmonger at the fish restaurant sells fresh fish every day. We particularly liked the fact that we could take our dog with us everywhere and that water was provided for him in every restaurant without having to ask. The small village of Simuni is within walking distance and offers really nice and good restaurants. You should have a car for everything else.Automaatselt tõlgitud.

And now I'm talking about the new wash houses 1 and 2! Wash house 1 was opened 3 years ago, beautifully... built, today it's a disaster! Dirty, filthy, simply horrible! 3 years ago there were at least 8 ladies cleaning at 6 o'clock in the morning! Now there are exactly 4, who would have a huge area to manage! Would have!!!! During my 3 week stay, the floor in the shower and toilet was only wiped once, and only after I complained to reception!!!! Slime, mold and other indefinable things were on the walls and floors! Pictures available! As I have now seen in a previous comment, they write that complaints are always in writing! NO it was not!!!! The lady only told me that the staff would already go home because it was already August!!!! That is not acceptable for me!!! And I don't even want to criticize the cleaning ladies, but the management, who seem to be making drastic savings on staff! The quality of stay in our camp is very important to us and the satisfaction of our guests is always our top priority, so we are incredibly sorry that you were not satisfied. Regarding the prices, we would like to point out that they change... and adapt according to supply and demand and they also depend on the time of year and the number of staff working in the camp at that time. The pricing policy of our camp also depends on the market situation. We are constantly investing in our camp and expanding the offer, so we find that the prices are proportionate to the offer. Regarding the sanitary facilities, we have already completely replaced 2 of them with new ones and purchased 3 additional mobile sanitary facilities for the free zone and the Punta zone. As far as the cleanliness there is concerned, we are happy to accept any criticism, but we can't agree with you that the situation is catastrophic. The facilities are clean and our colleagues who are responsible for cleanliness are very professional and go to great lengths to keep the camp clean. The mold is cleaned as needed a few times a season and we would also like to note that the facilities are cleaned throughout the day and not just once a week. Cleanliness is very important in our camp, which is why we are one of the few camps with a sewage treatment plant. The site is in a very beautiful spot. The site is also very nice so far. However, all but one of the wash houses are in a sad state compared to the money charged. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked for a ladder to repair the awning on my camper van... after a storm, the staff told me three times in a row that the campsite unfortunately doesn't have a ladder .... The reception on the first day was terrible - I've never experienced anything like it. On the one hand, the pre-booked pitch was not big enough for the vehicle despite the dimensions given, so we had to stand on an alternative pitch, and on the other hand, the reception didn't give us any information about the campsite (where is there a washing machine, what restaurants are there, what activities are offered by the entertainment team). We had to pick this up bit by bit ourselves. The entertainment program is totally meager for a facility of this size and cost. The multilingual skills of the entertainers were also rather poor. We have become fans. The deluxe pitches are simply brilliant! We had enough space for a caravan and awning, two cars and an additional tent. The new, additional showers at the Punta are simple, but clean and well ventilated. The staff were consistently... nice and helpful. Pre-booking for 2020 and 2021 was easy and they tried to accommodate all requests. The food was great! We tried every restaurant. Some things were changed, but the food was consistently delicious and reasonably priced. A big compliment also to the entertainment team! They do a great job! Overall, however, the stage program in the evening could be more varied. The sanitary building at the 5000 pitches now has a chemical disposal system, but the showers really need to be renovated and a few more could definitely be added. After all, these are the most expensive pitches. The sun loungers provided free of charge by the campsite are great. Of course, the campsite can't be held responsible for the annoying towel reservations of many guests, which start as early as 05:00, but the dragging of sunbeds to the pitches should be stopped.
