Thanks for the tip about the shower shelves. As we want to re-tile the showers next winter, we will incorporate them at the same time. However, the washbasins are not only supplied with cold water, there is pre-mixed water at 38 degrees. They definitely love animals here.
They don't seem to be too strict about rest periods here. Work on the site starts punctually at lunchtime. The food tastes good in the Radlereck and there is always fresh beer. Unfortunately,... the schnitzel was always empty. This can happen from time to time but unfortunately it was often the case.
However, we have heard the best things about the operator. But what we didn't experience.
There are only limited cycle paths around the lake. You often have to cycle on country roads where there is a lot of truck traffic. This can be quite risky.
The beach is small but ok. However, the water is not what you would wish for. For children to swim but very nice because it is very shallow and goes in very far. However, the toilets were not cleaned in the 2 weeks we were there. It would be desirable to clean them at least twice a week.

nice that you share/copy your bad review about our place on all common portals. However, you did not criticize anything on site. If you write a review that the whole world can read on the Internet, you should stick to the truth and above all not make any assumptions ("From what we hear,... we have the best . . . "). The sanitary block is not cleaned every 14 days, but once a day, or 2-3 times a day in the high season. No 3 cents are deducted from the access chip when the door is opened, but only when showering. When you enter, your credit will only be displayed on the door machine. It has certainly happened that we ran out of schnitzel in our restaurant, but all the time . . . . Fresh bread rolls every morning and even coffee to go. Plus a nice chat with the boss of the campsite. You feel completely at ease here. Dogs are always welcome here. There is a dog bathing area by the lake where owners can also take... their dogs into the water.
The "Radler-Eck" also offers tasty dishes, which are freshly prepared and taste delicious.

Much worse, however, is the unfriendly staff at the campsite. There is no good morning or hello.
The kitchen is only open until 6.30 pm. If you arrive at 6.33 pm you get nothing... (no joke). French fries are only available to take away until 5pm. If you arrive 3 minutes late, nothing is made (seriously).
The huts are very unclean. You don't get a broom even if you ask several times!
The people there behave accordingly. Waste is not separated, everyone drives around the campsite by car at all times of the day.
I also spoke to other vacationers. They also found it an imposition and outrageous.
There is nothing for children there.

This is what someone writes when they realize on arrival at their vacation destination that they did not read the property description properly before booking. You did not tell us during your entire vacation that your cabin was unclean. If something had been wrong, we would have put it... right immediately. Waste separation is done, if you do it. The appropriate bins are available. And yes, every camper can drive across the campsite to their tent, WW etc. "during the day", this is because it is possible for campers to park their car next to their tent/accommodation. You have also used this advantage several times.
You were informed of the kitchen times when you arrived and they are clearly displayed. You did not arrive for dinner at 6.33 pm, but at around 6.45 pm, when our staff were already cleaning the kitchen. The fact that nothing is sold outside the hotel after 5 p.m. is simply due to the fact that guests have to be served for dinner after this time. Our kitchen is too small for both, outside and inside. But you know that, as we already explained it to you on site.

We had a look at the site before booking and were immediately impressed, especially by the location and the heavenly peace and quiet, and then came Corona and travel bans abroad. This meant complete overcrowding of guests... who were otherwise only used to 5-star hotels and campsites. There were complaints about everything, especially the wash house was the reason for massive criticism. Hey guys, have you ever thought about how old it is and how often it was used before? The cleaning staff were there 4 times a day/night during the vacation period and, unlike other campsites, the wash house was not closed for use. It is also up to the users themselves to leave the toilets in a good condition, even children can be taught how to handle toilet paper and brushes with care. We now hope that next year the freedom to travel will no longer be so restricted and that everyone will be able to choose and book their pitch freely and would like to thank the dissatisfied fellow campers for their stay on a multi-star pitch so that they can also present their hairy legacies in the washbasin for the next user.

Lake Malchin is very shallow and therefore particularly suitable for small children. The average depth is two meters, you have to walk about a hundred meters into the water before you can swim. One drawback: the AfD-affiliated magazine... "Compact" is available at the kiosk, which noticeably spoiled my vacation feeling. Is that really necessary? Noisy guests are not made aware of the quiet times, you have to do that yourself. We regularly remind our guests to observe the rest periods, as we are on site 24 hours a day. But even we have to sleep at some point. The magazines we sell are a range determined by the press distributor. This includes the Compact magazine as well... as various CDU-affiliated and SPD-affiliated magazines and papers that are close to other parties.
