The campsite is close to the lake with a nice swimming area (about 200 meters) The currently provisional washing containers were very clean and sufficient for the size of the CP. The owner is very friendly. In the village there is a small supermarket... for everything you need (bread rolls etc.) Very good restaurant in the village. The site offers many different pitches, including some with shade. The sanitary facilities were clean, the other campers were very friendly and in one case extremely helpful. It's not the rather anonymous camping of the big sites, it's personal, but you still have all the freedom... you need. Activities included cycling, swimming and walking the dog. There are shady or sunny spots. Well-kept mown lawn. Very clean sanitary facilities. Showers with hose. A great cycle route leads from the site to the town of Neuruppin, which is also well worth a visit. Very nice operators, great WLAN network. You camp on a green meadow under tall trees. Wonderful!!! It's only a few meters to the lake. It's great for swimming and fishing. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but always super clean. - Dirk W.July 2012Small campsite with clean sanitary facilities. Only 300m to the bathing area, very interesting little village. If you don't need luxury but want to relax at an affordable price, you should come here. Rowing and canoeing boats in the neighboring village, cycling anyway, fishing,... We were only here for... one day, but will definitely be back. Apparently you can now fish for a daily, weekly,... -fee, we want to give it a try. Previously, you probably needed a fishing license, but everyone should check that for themselves. Oh yes, catering: there is nothing directly on site, but there is a bakery serving breakfast and a small supermarket within walking distance.
