On the phone and again on arrival, we were told in a very unfriendly manner that she had a day off on Fridays (we had booked well in advance!). The briefing was also anything but friendly - you don't feel... welcome as a guest. The next morning we were told that the sanitary facilities could not be used between 10.00 and 12.00 because they were being cleaned then (but there wasn't much to see, the cobwebs in the toilet cubicles were still there after three days).Automaatselt tõlgitud.- Jens H.March 2016PositiivsedPrice, city locationNegatiivsedeverything is a bit outdated but since the main focus here is probably on paddling, no disadvantagePitch of a canoe clubIf you see the place not as a campsite but as a parking space of an association with electricity and toilets, you can stay here cheaply, visit Saarbrücken by ÖVI, choose a new camper opposite and also shop nearby. you can hear the traffic of the highway but since most of the place is only allowed to... drive 80 not bad. The shower and WC are dated but clean. There is food and drink in the clubhouse every day. Chemical toilet was not allowed to be emptied, contrary to what is written on the internet. We only stayed one night. It was very noisy due to the 2 busy roads nearby. We were told to leave after 10am as no one had time to take care of... it before and when we started to get ready at 10.15am we were told to hurry as we didn't have all day. The following sentence on the website is very offensive: "Clean showers and toilets as well as a washing machine and dryer are available for our guests to use". The sanitary facilities are filthy and it is an imposition how the tenant... reacts to this: she says she has nothing to do with it and reacts very cheekily to complaints. - Heinz P.August 2013You could make something out of the campsite! But the relatively loud city highway directly on the other side of the Saar is very disturbing both during the day and at night. The sanitary facilities are clean but very old. A general refurbishment should be carried out quickly. The renovation of the men's... showers shown on the canoeists' homepage could give the impression that the whole facility has been spruced up, but unfortunately this is not the case. The price/performance ratio is not right: €8 for a motorhome pitch plus €4 per person is very overpriced. A typical transit campsite for one night.Automaatselt tõlgitud.
