Really cool idea). The barrier opens by itself after booking at the machine (OK, there was a technical... problem at our stop, just reverse away from the barrier and drive slowly towards the barrier again, then it will open. We got this tip from the friendly voice behind the cell phone number provided ;-) ). Then you look for a free space according to your taste and size and then take in the idyll. The pitches are actually quite spacious, but the small trees separating the pitches prevent you from using the awnings. The sanitary facilities, restaurant, vacation apartments etc. are not simply stone on stone. Here you can see something from "A Thousand and One Nights" in every direction. The toilets and showers are really something special. And everything was clean during our stay. I ignored the odd leaf from the fall foliage that the guest unintentionally dragged into the toilet. All in all, a bomb of a place, a bomb of ideas from the operators, a place that you can't recommend, but simply have to. The fact that our ticket was printed at 12:10 on departure instead of 15:03 on entry was due to a technical problem, but in our case it wasn't important. Electricity and hot showers cost extra. In the toilet the light went out 3 times, there is a timer in the light, i.e. always press the switch again beforehand, otherwise you are in the dark
When the toilet paper and towel dispenser were empty, I was told to call, sorry... I don't have a cell phone in the toilet (maybe check more often myself, put in larger rolls or a replacement).
The shower room is not particularly suitable for freshening up the wife as it also has no window.
There were a lot of small parking lights out at our place (probably 6 or 7 in a row). I could certainly have called, but I assume that the groundsman checks this himself (we were there for 3 nights).
According to Facebook, there was talk of an anniversary offer, 3 nights for the price of 2 nights. But I paid the price of three.
Of course I could have called the operator to clarify some things, but with 30 occupied pitches (really not overcrowded) you can expect someone to go through and say a warm welcome.

The view of the Elbe is so calming. The terraced layout means that there is a suitable pitch for every taste, whether directly in the sun or in partial shade. We were woken up by lots of birdsong, which we found pleasant (you have to like... it). The operators are very nice. Food could be ordered and collected from the restaurant from 5pm. From here you can make a nice trip by bike, e.g. to Wörlitz Park; you just have to take a ferry in Coswig. The toilet facilities as well as supply and disposal are clean and well arranged. Flood-proof and excellently designed. We like the family atmosphere. The facilities are well thought out and state of the art. A must for real campers!
Only a few kilometers to Wittenberg or the Wörlitzer Park. In a few weeks the newly built medieval village with some themed houses and vacation apartments will open!

The "lawnmowers" came within 1 meter of our breakfast table without a word of explanation or apology. I found this rude, the grass flew around our ears. We arrived in the dark... and were shown on the PC where there were free seats. The place was poorly lit, on request we were shown the place on the PC again. The site is only 7 km from the highway and is therefore easy to reach. The reception went smoothly and we paid in advance. You could pick up pre-ordered bread rolls for breakfast. There are too few toilets and showers for a site... of this size, especially as 2 cabins could not be used due to repair work. As the pitch was only about half full during our short stay, this shortcoming was not too significant. The fact that you have to pay €1 to shower is also ok so far. Less good: only 1 place to wash up, drinking water station and waste water disposal further away from the pitches. The latter is particularly annoying for caravan owners. Overall, the site makes a somewhat "run-down" impression in contrast to the video film posted on the Internet by the operator. The "Campertreff" is nothing more than an open-air kiosk, the much-praised restaurant was never open. The stairs leading to the sanitary facilities are difficult to walk up. Although the pitch was large enough, I was not allowed to park the car next to the caravan, but had to park it 50 m away. On the 2nd overnight stay on the return journey, I parked the car next to the caravan - this time nobody got upset about it.Automaatselt tõlgitud.

However, this changed abruptly on our last visit. We will certainly never come here again. We had already had to accept in the past that you have to stand with your license plate exactly in the middle in front of the pitch number... - even if this means you have considerably less space in front of the motorhome. But this time they have come up with another chicane for the campers: everyone has to park forwards, even if this means that from midday onwards there is no shade in front of the campervan, even with the awning extended. At 38C some campers might enjoy this, but not us. Nevertheless, the SP manager insisted and refused to talk to us about it. He rushed off with a "That's the site rules and I won't talk to you about it". And now please don't refer to the video "Why is that so" on your website. There it is argued that otherwise you would be facing each other with the Womo entrance doors. The campers sort that out among themselves. If one camper stands the other way round, the next one does the same if they feel disturbed. Believe me, in the heat in June, everyone would have been delighted to have some shade. We are already adults and don't need authoritarian supervisors. The willingness to talk mentioned in the video is also non-existent, at least on the part of the boss. We tried in vain. Perhaps the boss should take care of it personally. The restaurant, which is still well-pictured on the internet, is obviously now permanently closed. Instead, he tries to cater for the campers in a "Campertreff" snack bar with homemade, but poor quality and totally overpriced pizzas and dry, overcooked schnitzels. The commanding tone, reminiscent of a sergeant, continues there, both towards the campers and the staff. With a shouted "Pizza table 7" you are asked to pick up your pizza. As the tables are only partially numbered, the call may be repeated several times until the person concerned happens to look in the direction of the snack bar and can pick up their pizza with a "Yes, I mean you". Then you initially sit in front of a pizza without cutlery, as this is strangely brought to the table by an employee instead of being handed out directly at the snack bar. This also seems to be an incomprehensible seating rule for us. When a Swede asked for change for the electricity column in broken German, he was reprimanded with the following words: "Does this look like a bureau de change or a kitchen? It also seems strange that even at the reception you can only pay in cash and always in advance. An invoice is only available on request. Furthermore, the site is partially under video surveillance without us having found any indication of this, but having seen it by chance on a monitor at reception. Other campers also confirmed to us that the credit remaining on the electricity columns on the day of departure is deleted and disappears somewhere. This also fits in with the overall impression we had of the site operator this time. The only positive thing to mention is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff towards the campers, even though they have to put up with such a boss on a daily basis. All in all, our conclusion is: take down your "Welcome" signs. This boss no longer made us feel welcome but like a necessary but paying evilAutomaatselt tõlgitud.

We had a great view of the Elbe. The pitches are relatively large. You have space. Unfortunately, there were no bread rolls. There is a small supermarket nearby, so we were able to remedy this. The dishwashing station didn't seem very clean. There was no hot water... there, so we had to do the washing up in the motorhome. The sanitary facilities were generally clean. I would say "artistically ripped off"... No water in the immediate vicinity - and if you fetch water from the dishwashing house (only one sink) you will be reprimanded. The roof of the dishwashing house is so low that you bump your head - also cold... water if too many have showered - although that can't be because I was also allowed to take two cold showers - for €1 each - no toilet paper!!! No or only a few hooks in the bathroom and toilet. Electricity 0,60€ per KW is the next hammer - I have only had it abroad on 5 star CP. The restaurant is closed to campers - you can rip off a lot more for wedding events! 1€ for 100 liters of water would be ok - but the supply point is at the other end of the campsite. Disability-friendly is not known here... Lots of dogs and no stalls where the dog owners get a bag for the excrement - so every dog sh..... where he wants. Brushing teeth only with cold water - or 1€ We did it all in the motorhome - we didn't go along with this rip-off! When we asked why there were no hooks and toilet paper, we were told it was because so much is stolen. I have never heard that campers are such thieving people....... We are a retired couple and occasionally have a grandchild with us. Until a year ago, we also had a dog with us. We have a great view of the Elbe from the caravan.
