Great location, place is clean and much nicer than expected and ideal for children.

Unfortunately, the space around the mobile home was too small. Sitting in the garden was impossible. The animation was sometimes loud and too long.
Surprisingly good and very well maintained.
The campsite presents itself here, as well as on the website, much worse than it is. Huge site with a great pool area for children of all ages. Lots of activities for children, even older ones. Small kiosk in front of the campsite with the essentials. Nearest shopping facilities 12 minutes away by car.... Restaurant on the campsite and within walking distance outside the campsite. Friendly staff. De Lac Biscarrosse is also within walking distance. It couldn't be better, also a great starting point for excursions by car. So we were pleasantly surprised.

This could have been a very pleasant campsite, if the owner's wife hadn't been parachuted into the customer reception area.... She has no business being in contact with holidaymakers... She hasn't the slightest idea of the meaning of the words "SMILE", "SERVICE" and "HOME" .... Too bad these are the virtues of her profession....
