Well-kept surroundings.NegatiivsedWe couldn't find anything negative.Super in the off-seasonSmall campsite, recommended for those seeking peace and quiet in the off-season. It is a well-kept site, even with the permanent campers it gives a tidy impression. A small beach where you can swim and fish. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We spent our vacation there in the low season and apart... from a couple of anglers, bicycle tourists and short-term campers, it was nice and quiet. Sanitary facilities: from the outside you can see that the buildings are already older, but inside you feel comfortable, it is clean and when it gets cooler it is also heated. A small tip to the operator: perhaps a curtain could be installed in the entrance area of the washrooms, as you can see into the shower area when the door is open. Personally, this situation did not bother us, but other guests are not so enthusiastic. In the outdoor area there is a nice barbecue area with 6 places which is always cleaned. A small kiosk is right next to the restaurant and there you can get a few little things if something is forgotten, it's great that you don't have to drive to the bakery, there are fresh rolls from 8 o'clock in the morning. Back then I was still a child. It was really nice there for the time. This year we wanted to take our children to the course. We stood outside and wanted to walk across it first. And I have to say I'm disappointed. Nothing has changed... over the years. Absolutely outdated sanitary buildings, some with mold on the ceiling and windows. The ancient playground from GDR times is still as I remember it. A slide made of iron in the scorching sun, climbing frame absolutely no longer intended for fun. So much could be done with a bit of paint and love. Well, after I was so shocked we decided to go somewhere else. It's a shame that nothing has changed over the years. You have a beautiful view from the shore. We were able to pitch our tents right by the water. The paths to the sanitary facilities are not long. Sanitary facilities clean, although also accessible to strangers. Restaurant, kiosk and goulash cannon close to the site. Rowing boats and bicycles for hire. Reception opening hours unfortunately... suboptimal. Electricity consumption understandable. Restaurant and kiosk on site, supplies available from vans. Otherwise in Neu-Lübbenau or larger towns. Not far from the "attractions" in the Spreewald. Berlin easily... and cheaply accessible. (Brandenburg ticket) Very nice operator (always an insider tip in stock). Place very well maintained but natural. Only the initial cleaning of the sanitary and washing facilities left something to be desired (in constant rain was 1-2 x too little), but changed in the course of the stay. Restaurant with bowling alley and kiosk on site. Food good and reasonably priced, selection at the kiosk somewhat minimalist - but sufficient. Absolutely recommendable place for those seeking relaxation, water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, nature lovers. Not really suitable for families with older children as there is no action.
