Small farm secluded hilltop campsite with breathtaking views over the Shropshire Hills AONB. Watch Red Kites, Buzzards and Kestrels soaring overhead and Sparrow Hawks flashing by. Wild deer regular visitors. We are in a "Dark Skies"zone. Star watching here …is spectacular. Welcome to arrive without pre-booking, a call is appreciated especially at weekends when spaces are limited. Check-in 3pm to 7pm. Open field camping for Motorhomes and ALL SIZES of tents. Fresh water near most pitches with Solar generated 6A & 16A EH nearby. All Weather Hardstanding for campervans and motorhomes on request. Site is not suitable for access with large (+6m) caravans. All caravans must be pulled with 4x4 vehicles. We are a genuine "Eco Friendly Site" and generate our own electricity from Solar and have our own aquifer spring water. All our waste is certified "Zero to Landfill" Used Water passes through a reed-bed complex so we do not pollute ground water or water courses. Please note, this campsite has fresh water and flushing clean toilets but does not have shower facilities at present. Campers must make their own arrangements. Private shower tents free. 2 dogs maximum per pitch. The owners live adjacent to the site and are here to welcome you and offer advice. Some French spoken. Access via long driveway through woodland. Automatic gate at top of driveway OPENS TOWARDS YOU. Gate closed 8pm. Last Camper check in 7pm please.
