"perfectly OK. - We were on this site in summer 21. Quite OK, we'd love to come again! Not only the campsite itself, but also the surrounding area offers a lot of interesting things. You can hear the road, yes, that's how it is. The public swimming pool with free entry for campers is very good (several entries per day possible?!). In the morning and evening "e churze Schwumm" is wonderful! Kids could have fun on the campsite with petanque, table tennis, cycling etc.

"Highly recommended! - The site is very nice, lots of shade from the trees. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean. Swimming pool with water slide new and included in the price. The manager speaks German and is very helpful. They are also child-friendly there.

"Nice clean and quiet place - Nice quiet place. The place is great for children, there is a bouncy castle when the weather is nice and the playground is also great. The manager is friendly and helps where he can. Sanitary facilities are clean and nice. All in all a recommendable place.

"Meadow under large trees - Beautiful, quiet campsite. A meadow under tall trees. Characterized by permanent campers, a parcelling was not really recognizable. Sanitary facilities were not overly large, but sufficient and clean. It was dry during our stay. If it rained, I could imagine a departure being problematic because of the meadow.

"Camping sympa et agréable - We spent 10 days at the beginning of July at the camping d'Orbe. The hosts and their staff are very friendly. You feel right at home with them. The residents are also very welcoming. The sanitary facilities offer all the comfort necessary for camping. There are plenty of showers, plenty of clean water, plenty of space in the sanitary facilities, private toilets with paper and soap for your hands, outside washbasins, a washing machine and a shower for dogs. Everything is clean and well maintained. The campsite has a "south of France" atmosphere with its large pines and natural allées. The pitches are not separated, so it is possible to install yourself according to your preferences and there is plenty of space so that you don't feel crowded with your neighbors. Le camping est très bien situé, juste à côté de la piscine municipale (gratuite pour les campeurs), près du center-ville, but au calme. A Coop is accessible in less than 10 minutes walk. The town of Orbe is magnificent and its surroundings are fantastic for hiking. The children loved the playground and the space available for playing cache or riding their bikes. The dogs appreciated the beautiful balades from the campsite and the warm welcome they were given. In short, we felt very comfortable in this simple and welcoming campsite and we had some excellent moments. I will only mention one negative point: the price. The TCS campsites are very expensive, so this is not only linked to Orbe. I find the rate applied for dogs (5 francs/year, per dog) and the pitches (rate depending on the size, standard or premium) a little expensive. This remarque concerns the camping TCS in general and not only the one in Orbe! Cher Stéphane, thank you again for these lovely vacations at your campsite, thank you for your welcome, our pleasant exchanges and your motivation to make the Orbe campsite a family-friendly and welcoming place for holidays. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!

The 3* TCS Camping Orbe is idyllically situated on the edge of the historic town of Orbe in western Switzerland, which once lay at the crossroads of ancient Roman roads. The numerous walks in the surrounding area and visits to …historical sites make the heart of every culture and history enthusiast beat faster. The campsite is very quiet and surrounded by nature. The pitches are nestled in a small forest meadow under large, shady conifers. There is a public swimming pool with a slide and a paddling pool right next to the campsite. It is free of charge for campers. Guests can also enjoy themselves on the spacious mini-golf course or the pétanque court.

Autobahn A1 (Genf-Lausanne-Zürich) bei der Autobahnverzweigung Essert-Pittet (zwischen Yverdon-Süd und Chavornay) verlassen und auf die A9 wechseln. Hier gleich die erste Ausfahrt (Orbe) nehmen.
