"Relaxed and quiet camping vacation in autumn - We had a very pleasant camping vacation despite the rainy weather at the very picturesque forest campsite! The very dedicated and friendly operator gave us a very nice and helpful welcome. We had a cable drum that was too short but no problem - we were provided with a large drum free of charge - very nice! We deliberately chose a forest campsite with shaded pitches, which is not often the case. We also went on a short kayak tour - which was possible directly from the campsite - very cool! The operator can also be credited with taking the hygiene rules seriously and implementing them sufficiently. We can warmly recommend this great place to people who are looking for authentic and honest camping! We will certainly be back again sometime! Jonas and Marie from Regensburg

"Summer 2020 - What was atypical for our arrival was that we were able to move into our pitch at 9 o'clock in the morning. Of course, we took advantage of this so as not to waste the first day of our vacation. We had a free choice and opted for a semi-shaded pitch. Each pitch has its own electricity connection. The pitches are far apart when the campsite is not full, so you don't have to look your neighbor in the window. The wash house is as good as new and is always kept in a clean condition. The showers are available for €0.50/4 minutes. Registration was quite straightforward and the staff were always approachable and helpful.

"Best location for those seeking peace and quiet - The course is quite rightly rated very positively here. The site is in a beautiful, idyllic and absolutely quiet location in the middle of the forest, the pitches are spacious; although there are many permanent campers, unlike many other sites, they do not give you the feeling of being an "intruder", on the contrary. Access to the lake (site's own bathing area) via the little-used road. The site really offers peace and relaxation. The pitch and sanitary facilities (showers with curtains) are well maintained, the latter are actually cleaned constantly and you never get the idea of leaving the showers without "soaking" yourself; the fact that separate footwear should be used for the shower rooms also has a positive effect. I cannot understand the fact that one review criticizes the fact that you need a key for the sanitary building; on the contrary, this means that the sanitary facilities always appear clean and well-maintained. For parents with children this may be impractical, I used to camp with my children myself and can understand this, but I also know how children deal with sanitary facilities as long as they lack the ability to understand (see above). Without affecting the overall rating: Like almost everywhere in the area, you have to live with mosquitoes and really terrible mobile phone reception, but if you climb the mountain, you then have LTE (4G); showers with coins; WiFi free, but only available in the registration area; electricity (not on all pitches) flat rate; bread service did not take place due to corona (?)

"Camping site close to nature - Beautifully situated, quiet campsite. Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Operator is helpful, cleanliness is ok. Unfortunately hardly any cell phone reception and WLAN is poor. Conditionally suitable for young people.
