"Recommendation - The campsite is located directly on the wide sandy beach and is guarded by security. It is also very clean and the sanitary facilities are cleaned twice a day. The pitches are sufficiently large and shaded. Many are located between permanent campers. We therefore came into contact with many locals. The entertainment is early in the morning and in the evening and varies in volume depending on the location. The food in the pizzeria is okay. It would be nice if campers could use the pool free of charge, but we didn't mind as the sea was right next to the campsite, and WiFi was only free for half an hour every day. It's free on many pitches. One week cost €23. These are the two small points of criticism, but they don't affect our overall rating.

"Shady spot for tent campers - Well-kept pitch. Large part occupied by permanent campers, which means that the peace and quiet suffers somewhat at weekends. Tent campers have plenty of shade in a low forest on parceled-out pitches. Permanent campers and guests can park their cars separately. Campers have no shade after the entrance area on the pitches there. The restaurant and well-stocked market are located in the entrance area. The pool behind it costs extra. The exit to the sea is guarded. There is also a sunbathing lawn and bar which belong to the site. Bay with sandy beach approx. 80m from the exit. The site is ideal for visiting the beautiful towns within a radius of 50 km.

" - hello I have camped at pilone only7 days and I must say that I had a very good time both as prices, as a restaurant you eat well, and I had with me 2 girls of 16 years old that had fun with the animation and the various group dances then the complex is clean and is located in a buna area where there are many excursions to do so I thank you for the nice vacation

" - Campeggio di media categoria, mare non troppo pulito: la spiaggia verso Torre Canne presenta catrame (e non poco...!). Regole poco osservate dai molti stanziali (molto rumore anche nelle ore del silenzio.., cani presenti anche se sono vietati... ecc).

Il Pilone camping village is a campsite and village on the sea of ​​Ostuni, surrounded by nature, managed for 30 years by local people who know Ostuni and its surroundings well. The environment is familiar, safe, surrounded by nature. It …is ideal for those who like to have fun, feel safe and find real service. Especially in the high season it is a place suitable for families and children. The accommodations include 62 mobile homes and 250 pitches for caravans, tents and campers. The mobile homes are on a lawn, in a tree-lined area, each one has an independent lawn area outside with a private gazebo or veranda. They are 24 square meters large with air conditioning, TV, private toilets, living area with equipped kitchenette, double bedroom and room with single beds. The campsite is on partially sandy ground, the pitches are inside the pine forest or Mediterranean scrub, equipped with EEC standard electricity connections. Inside the campsite there are 4 groups of toilets with free hot showers and coin-operated washing machines. The cleaning of the toilets takes place on a continuous cycle during the day. The relevant beach has been a Blue Flag for 20 years. It is free, not organized in lidos and not equipped, it is about 7500 square meters wide and there is a kiosk. Close to the beach we have set up a lawn area equipped for mobile home customers. The sea is crystal clear, it can be rough because the area is windy. The services inside the Il Pilone Village are: adult swimming pool, children's swimming pool (with paid access, included in the price for mobile home customers), five-a-side football pitch, tennis court, beach volleyball court, playground, amphitheater, entertainment , bar, restaurant, pizzeria, minimarket selling gas bottles, tobacconist. There is a security service.
