There's plenty of space for tents and vehicles that don't need electricity.NegatiivisetFor those who come in caravans or motorhomes and want to be connected to the electricity supply, the pitches are really not up to scratch. the height. The space between two vehicles, if they are stuck up against the hedges, is 1.80 m. For me, this is prohibitive and I strongly advise against it.Nice campsite but...To sum up, a very pleasant, well-appointed place. Plenty of space, quiet. Ideal for families with children. Tent accommodation available. Nice little bar. Too bad the water is not drinkable. They didn't beat some info and I told the wife that if it was worse than what we had... found we'd fuck off. She started yelling for us to leave. We have been to 2 other glamping places absolutely fairytale where we relaxed and energized. Notice to those who come from afar and talk on the phone.... The tranquillity and seclusion of the place has brought us back again and again. Transylvania is easy to explore from here. The campsite itself is very simple, but offers everything you need, electricity, Wi-Fi and very clean sanitary facilities. The owners are also very friendly... and uncomplicated. The unique view of the fortified church of Michelsberg against the skyline of the Western Cape is phenomenal, especially at sunset. The campsite has no supermarket or kiosk. Catering in the village (5 min.). We particularly liked the fact that it is very quiet here. No animation or party noises.Käännetty automaattisesti.

The place is somewhere in no man's land. Sibiu is about 14km away. Since it goes over hill and dale, too far even for bicycles!\_The site entrance is extremely narrow and not all pitches are flat. Something could be done with little effort (own... muscle power!) The sanitary facilities were clean but also much too small. 2 washbasins, 2 showers, 2 toilets per cabin. W-Lan only possible close to the bungalows, but still available. Neither drinks nor bread available on site. We rented a cottage and were very impressed by the beautiful rustic furnishings. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the sanitary facilities for tent users and campers. Beautiful place in a wonderful location in Michelsberg. Cooling off in the small pool (a blessing at 40° in August), short excursions in the surrounding area and of course Sibiu not far away. If you're expecting a lively, fully catered vacation here, you're in the wrong place. Instead, there is an unobstructed view of the castle and a deep, full starry sky that you feel very close to. If you love something special, this is the place for you. Everyone else will be well served at the many other campsites. Unfortunately hardly any shade and not very level for campers. Free WiFi access to the internet. Unpaved, very narrow and poor access road to the site (problematic for larger caravans and motorhomes); access... road not signposted and also with incorrect GPS coordinates in the ASCI guide. Addendum in June 2017: The access road has not improved, but rather deteriorated; the entrance could also have been widened. Overall, almost nothing has improved on the - actually beautiful - site since 2011: the tent terraces are still too sloping and the paved pitches in the lower area are still quite narrow. However, the price has increased significantly: We paid the equivalent of 78 euros for three nights, 26 euros per night (caravan + 2 people) is a lot for Romania and, incidentally, more than shown on the Internet!Käännetty automaattisesti.Vastasi Camping Ananas Sibiu July 15, 2017Unfortunately, we cannot understand how this rather dissatisfied guest arrived at the high price he quoted. Even if the operators are friendly, you should be active to maintain the place. The access road to the site is a dirt road with potholes and large stones. The pitch paving had seen better days. Operator and manager very nice, all three speak German and are happy to provide information and tips. 2 sanitary buildings of a good standard (even excellent for the pitch situation in Romania...) We didn't see any street dogs on the site, the... two site dogs were mostly lying in front of the reception or in front of the new sanitary building. Dogs never bothered us on this site. Unfortunately there are also disadvantages: 1) The dogs barking at night 2) The construction and excavation work on the 2 large villas during the day (which will certainly be completed in 2017 :-) 3) The sometimes very loud music of a completed luxury villa with tennis court during the day. It was not a quiet place for the 4 days we spent here in August 2016! As we had used this campsite as a base for our explorations, the only thing that really disturbed us was the dogs barking at night. Positive: the sloping arrangement of the pitches means that you are not only looking at your neighbor's motorhome. Despite the fact that the camp was going into its winter break, I (and other campers) was still able to stay here! Great location in the "most beautiful Transylvanian village" I've ever seen. Sanitary: everything clean - but it could be that the facilities are a bit "undersized" when the camp is full!
