There is now only mass tourism in a confined space. No nice atmosphere any more and very expensive. Dogs are not allowed and therefore very expensive. There are no longer any nice places with sea views for camping tourists. There are now only vacation homes 🙈 What a shame about the beautiful bay with this terrible development of lots of vacation homes. 🙈 Actually no longer a campsite, but a huge vacation home development. 👎 Such sites not only destroy nature, but also the Breton coast. 😡 The new owner consistently deletes all bad reviews and blocks these people. This place doesn't even deserve a star! 😡👎 Pitches are allocated and you can't choose them yourself. Only 4 people are allowed per pitch 🙈 So only families with NICHT❗️mehr more than two children get a pitch there. Access to the beach only via the kite school's slipway or the wave protection built with large sharp-edged rocks.Unfortunately not againWe booked early at the beginning of October 2021, specifying the size of the caravan and awning. At that time, according to the brochure, there were hardly any rental cabins, when we arrived (after a change of ownership) 50% of the pitch was occupied by these cabins. We got a very narrow pitch, it was... about 100 m², but only 6 meters wide. A bit narrow if the caravan and awning are each 2.50 m wide as stated when booking. The fresh water and waste water connection was on the edge of our pitch and was intended for 3 pitches and was used intensively. In addition, the pitch was absolutely unsuitable for heavy caravans, despite the mover we needed the help of 4 other campers. The advertised free wifi hardly existed, unless you were prepared to use it in the externally contracted restaurant. The weekly special (cheeseburger) in the restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately, reserving a baguette and croissant was no guarantee of getting what you wanted as the available goods were always handed out without being checked. The sanitary facilities were cleaned often enough, stricter controls would be appropriate. We also missed the controls on the beach, where dogs (without a leash) were constantly littering the beach outside the permitted times or beach sections to the delight of their owners. I refuse to answer the "suitable for" questions, because I don't think the campsite is suitable for anyone. Long-term guests we spoke to were almost unanimous in their refusal to visit this site again. Unfortunately!The new operator has destroyed this fantastic site, anyone who camped there until 2021 will be shocked this year. All the pitches with sea views have been packed tightly together with mobile homes.
Motorhomes, caravans and tents have been dumped on a dusty area with no view of the sea. The prices have... been raised considerably ...
We have always been there in the summer for more than 10 years and loved this place ... this is now over ...
Avoid this place as a camper, the aim here is to generate returns ... The owner should be an investment company, take a look at the Handelsrgeister ...
We will no longer come to this site!!!

Despite its size, this campsite always had a family character and was run in harmony with nature and the environment by its friendly former owners.
In 2022,... this once beautiful campsite was completely redesigned by the new owner without regard for the environment and nature and geared towards the highest possible return!
All the formerly beautifully overgrown pitches with great views of the sea have been built over with vacation homes. For campers, caravans and tents, only a few poor pitches remain in the lower area, without a view of the sea.
At the same time, the prices have been increased considerably (also for dogs).
You are no longer allowed to choose your own pitch, even if you have a reservation, but are allocated one! ( A no go )
This concept is probably all about making a quick profit at the expense of originality, the environment and nature!
Those who love Brittany should not support such campsites, so that the whole coast is not soon built up with such artificial vacation villages. It is up to the vacationers to decide what happens to Brittany and its beautiful coastal landscape !
Mass tourism as in Spain, Italy and the Côte d'Azur etc., or soft tourism in harmony with nature and the environment.
By the way, the new owner does not like negative comments about his newly designed vacation village at all!
These are simply deleted on all platforms, and the authors are also blocked on Facebook!
That says a lot about the character of the new owner!

Very nice and helpful operators. The pitches are large enough and some are terraced with sea views. The sanitary building is no longer the newest, but everything is functional and clean! Only the ladies' side is open to everyone in low... season. In the morning you could order baguettes and croissants in advance. In front of the campsite, separated by a narrow road, is the wide and spacious beach (at low tide). The campsite is a good starting point for walks on the GR 34 and excursions to the surrounding towns of Saint Malo and Dinan. From the pitch on the upper terraces you have a magnificent view of the Atlantic. The sanitary buildings are in good condition and are cleaned three times a day. We received... a very friendly welcome and they were happy to provide information. WLan is only available at the bar, but it's not a problem to keep your cell phone in your pocket. The store sells fresh bread and croissants every morning from 8am, and you can also buy the essentials in the store at moderate prices. Shopping facilities in about 5 KM distance Lidl and Super U (supermarket) Worth seeing within a radius of 50 KM Cap Erquy, Cap Frehel, Foft la Latte, the cities of Saint Malo, Dinan and St. Brieu. The beach is about 200 meters from the upper pitches. The water is clean and at a good temperature. The staff are always friendly. The sanitary facilities on the upper terraces are dated but clean. The small supermarket is sufficient for the essentials and you can go out for a nice meal. At low tide the beach is perfect for walking for miles, and at high tide it is wonderful for swimming as there is almost no current. A lot of things... were broken in the sanitary building, which obviously didn't bother anyone, cleaning was obviously never done, everything was constantly dirty.
