The award-winning Langstone Manor Holiday Park is set in beautiful ancient grounds in a sheltered wooded valley on the south-western edge of the majestic Dartmoor National Park, near Tavistock, Devon. It offers the perfect retreat for those wishing to explore …and enjoy the diverse moorland landscape. No loud music, no traffic noise, a breathtaking starry sky, peace and quiet and, of course, a friendly atmosphere. We also have a restaurant in the manor house that serves evening meals and where dogs are welcome. We are ideally located for exploring Dartmoor, Devon and Cornwall. Dartmoor National Park is on our doorstep, and the exciting and vibrant market town of Tavistock (with two swimming pools, a cinema and live music) is just around the corner. We have a mix of grass and hardstanding pitches (40 pitches) with electric hook-ups available if required. All are suitable for tents, campervans, caravans, motorhomes and folding caravans. You can choose from the old walled garden or Daffodil Field, which has terraced flat pitches offering wonderful views across the moors and countryside. Glamping fans who want to enjoy the pleasure of camping without needing their own tent should take a look at our cosy camping pods. We are proud of our award-winning and immaculately maintained facilities at Langstone Manor, as we know how important they are to our guests. These include free hot showers, toilets, hairdryers, baby changing units, underfloor heating, laundry facilities, dishwashing area and a disposal point for portable toilet fluids. There is also a grey water discharge point for motorhomes and water points around the park. We participate in the David Bellamy Conservation scheme and our facilities have been particularly commended for their environmentally friendly measures. For our younger visitors, there is a playground and a table tennis table. Rackets and balls can be purchased at reception or brought from home. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times on the park and allowed to relieve themselves outside of the park.
