- Christiane L.October 2015PositiivisetClean, well-kept, family-friendly, reasonably priced campsite near Mazzaron. Nice excursions possible, swimming pool + indoor pool.NegatiivisetNot suitable for large ships (large Concordes or similar), as the roads on the pitch are narrow.Small, family-run, clean, reasonably priced campsite near MazzaronThis is a small, family-run campsite. Used to be an orange plantation. Therefore, there are still many orange trees. Very friendly staff. Approx. 50% of the pitches are allocated to permanent campers (but mixed occupancy, no ghettos). Small pitches (70 m²) and larger pitches (90 m²) available. Both types... of pitches are also available via ACSI for €14 in the low season (if free). Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Sheltered location. No foil tents in the vicinity. WLAN 1 week 10€, 30 days 20€. Basic sanitary facilities, but very clean. Toilet seats, toilet brushes and soap dispensers available. Sanitary facilities cleaned several times a day. Lovely, uncrowded swimming pool with sunbathing area and loungers, as well as a covered winter pool available from mid-October. Small restaurant/bar in the complex. Is well frequented in the evening. Menu of the day 10€. Overall a smaller place, but one where we felt very comfortable. Mazzaron Porto can be reached quickly by bike or scooter (10-15 min). Mazzaron Porto has a nice promenade and reasonably priced restaurants and hardly any high-rise buildings. There is also a Lidl near the entrance to the village at a traffic circle. There is also a Repsol petrol station right at the end of the village in the direction of the campsite. Nice excursions along the coast by bike are possible. Not yet overcrowded in the low season.Käännetty automaattisesti.
- John T.July 2013Located in a nice area, unfortunately bar and restaurant (Meson) is only open at the whim of the operators and food is not readily available. Outside swimming pool is open infrequently and closes at 14.00 until 17.30 most days, incredible but true. Management not interested in complaints. Camp is kept clean.
- Hans S.May 2010The site is mainly used by permanent campers. It is located approx. 2 km north-east of Mazarron on barren hills overgrown with bushes in the middle of fruit and vegetable plantations. The site itself makes a well-kept impression, as do the sanitary facilities and the swimming pool. In addition to the... permanent guests, it is mainly used by Dutch and camping guests from Great Britain. At the reception they speak Spanish, English and German which is not limited to Guten Tag and how long do you want to stay. The lady is very friendly and helpful. There was no stress as there were hardly any guests at the time.Käännetty automaattisesti.
