Positiiviset
Quiet, lots of shade from large trees. Swimming pool. Clean and adequate sanitary building. Very nice staff.
Pleasant place near the Pyrenees
We liked it here. Would have liked to stay longer. The site is situated between a river and the road, but that doesn't bother us. From here you can cycle beautifully along the river to Pau (approx. 10 km). Unfortunately the swimming pool was not yet open.

We stopped at this campsite for one night and thought we might stay longer, but if we hadn't paid on arrival we'd have turned back straight away! The sanitary facilities were in a deplorable state (washed only once a day with a very quick blast from the water jet!), the welcome was cold and even disrespectful... (if you're a Dutch family, you can choose your pitch, if you're two young couples, you're taken to your pitch, with all the other "young people" parked in the same corner on the small pitches right next to the garbage cans and children's games...). If you go to the pool, be prepared to be criticized for your swimsuit and to be hosed down by the owner to show you that the water in the shower is cold (it might be better to avoid the pool, by the way, given the dubious cleanliness of the water and the faulty earthenware, which can be dangerous...). If you're looking for a nice campsite, don't bother!
