Development not to our taste
2013: Beautiful site right by the sea. Pitches are parceled out and separated by hedges. WLAN free of charge in the reception area. Access to the beach through a metal gate (secured with a numerical code). Overall facilities at a higher level. ----------------- Edit 2017: The site is now run by a chain... that appeals to a different camper profile than ours. The beautiful pitches by the sea are now occupied by mobile homes. However, in mid-July 2017, they were not yet fully set up and equipped, so parts of the site looked more like a building site. Another new feature is a pool with a large slide, which doesn't exactly make the noise level any quieter.

Very nice team on site, also speak English. The site is right on the beach. Promenade or wide cycle path goes from the campsite to the harbor. Sanitary facilities: o.k. At our time the new sanitary building was closed. Playground very good, also football pitch and small volleyball net. Ideal for excursions to the landing beaches. Arromanches les bains - D-Day Museum is highly recommended!!!
