Before Easter it was totally quiet because there was very little going on. Over Easter the place filled up and it was "a bit" louder. The sanitary building was always clean. The many permanent campers were not a nuisance like on many other pitches, everything was... very well maintained. However, the small store was only open at Easter, otherwise you had to go to the town within walking distance. The free WiFi supply on the site is only sufficient for Whatsapp, you have to pay to stream. Otherwise the price/performance ratio is top. A relaxed vacation for us.Käännetty automaattisesti.

Lars D.July 2013The campsite is located in very quiet surroundings, a little away from the town itself. From the campsite you can quickly reach the dyke and the sea, where you can go for a leisurely walk, cycle or swim. The campsite has its own stretch of beach. It's not big, but it's nice by Dutch standards. There... is a bar on the campsite itself that sells drinks, snacks, ice cream and other snacks. In the village (not quite 10 minutes away by car) there are plenty of restaurants. There is also a small Spar supermarket with quite reasonable prices. There are also larger supermarkets nearby and the well-known German discount stores such as Aldi and Lidl are also close by. The CP offers a bread roll and newspaper service if ordered in advance at reception. There is a playground for children and when we were there there was also a bouncy castle. The pitches are very sunny, clean and spacious, but not completely parceled out. I can definitely recommend the campsite, especially because it offers great value for money. The only drawback is the sanitary facilities. There are plenty of them and they are relatively new, but it would be great if they were cleaner. I think they could be better. But all in all, you can't complain. We would happily come back for a few days to get to the sea quickly.Käännetty automaattisesti.- Joachim S.October 2012Very quiet campsite directly behind the dyke. For children there is a lot on offer, you can rent ketcars for a small price as well as bicycles and handcarts, there is a nice playground on the complex and there is water at every pitch, so all in one, we were very satisfied!Käännetty automaattisesti.
- Mirco M.June 2010We stayed at the campsite over Whitsun for a long weekend with our motorhome and tent. The sanitary facilities were always nice and clean, in the event that one was cleaned there were always replacement facilities nearby. In front of the entrance is a very nicely made fitness trail and there were also... good opportunities for other sporting activities, for example you can go on very nice bike tours directly along the coast or drive to the neighboring village and meet up with locals in the bar in the evening. There is also a bar on the campsite itself with facilities for steel darts and billiards. All in all, the campsite was great, both in terms of the facilities and the location!
