Christoph F.August 2024PositiivisetI don't even know what to write in the first place. It's the super friendly Schultes family who impressed us and were more helpful than we've had for a long time. We had a flat tire and they helped us out with everything they had to get a new tire and repair it. There is also a pool, lots of beautiful greenery and the opportunity to have dinner in the on-site restaurant (only open for a limited time). The pitches are beautifully situated with some even having a small terrace and trees. I also enjoyed the nice conversations with Jörg and the pleasant atmosphere. Electricity is only charged according to consumption.NegatiivisetIt is certainly not suitable for every child as there is no playground. The hilly location may be a problem for some. But it doesn't really have any disadvantages.simply a dreamIt's all there in the advantages. I would recommend it to anyone who comes nearby. Even for a few days longer, as it's great for hiking. Even for those who are in the camper a lot, the beautiful location on the hill and the sunset is something. You come into contact with lots of people, but can also enjoy the peace and quiet. The Schultes family are extremely friendly and helpful. You should reserve a place in the restaurant the day before. To my wife's delight, there is always an option for vegetarians.
The pool is quite large and heated, the... sanitary facilities are very clean. There are many excursion destinations nearby (Isny, Eistobel, cheese dairies...).

The atmosphere on the site was very calm, relaxed and friendly.
The operators are very friendly and always concerned about the well-being of their guests.

The food in the Sonnenstübl restaurant was great. There was no menu, but the proposed menu was excellent. Five stars!
The sanitary facilities were very good. The location is rural and quiet (cowbells - I like that). Once again we spent wonderful, relaxing days with the Schultes family.
They run a small, fine campsite, idyllically and very quietly situated near Isny, with beautiful pitches... on a slope in the middle of nature. Many meadows and forests characterize the hilly landscape. Very beautiful hikes can be undertaken directly from here - including views of the Alps. The towns of Isny and Wangen are well worth a visit, as is Lake Constance, which can be reached in 45 minutes by car. It's wonderfully refreshing to swim a few lengths in the private pool belonging to the campsite after a long hike!
Special mention should be made of the restaurant, where Mr. Schultes gives free rein to his creativity and spoils his guests with all kinds of culinary delights. We always enjoy ending the evening with excellent food on the sun terrace.

En wat kunnen ze lekker koken. Every day different, every day different. Je kunt prachtige wandelingen... maken, meteen vanaf de camping. But within 1 hour's walk you are also at various cable paths to walk further up. And do you come back sooner? Then the beautiful swimming pool awaits you. Or the lovely restaurant. The pitch dimensions are very generous, so you can relax in privacy all day long. The sanitary facilities are always very clean and sufficiently available. A particular highlight is the swimming pool on the site,... which offers a welcome cool-down at any time in summer temperatures and is always clean. The bathing area also offers loungers in privacy and is equipped with sunshades, which filter UV radiation excellently. The very charming restaurant on the site, which is run by the owner himself, deserves special mention. You definitely have to try the food. The dishes are of a very high quality and are always varied. The owner takes time for every single guest and impresses with his friendliness, calmness, flexibility and humor. The prices are very good for such high quality. The staff are always happy to have a nice chat. Helpfulness and politeness are top priority. We went hiking during the day and enjoyed the evenings on our very quiet pitch with a beautiful view of the slopes opposite and the sound of the cows. The owners are very friendly, spontaneous and uncomplicated. The atmosphere on the campsite is very relaxed and special.
