- Zytka K.June 2017PositiivisetWith treesNegatiivisetNo toilet seats often no toilet paper, quite expensiveCampsite TauThe campsite is very well located close to restaurants and the beach. On the edge of San Jose, surrounded by mountains, it offers a great view. The only 2 points are mainly due to the sanitary facilities. The toilets do not have toilet seats, but for me toilet seats are a must for an overnight stay,... unfortunately they were not always clean and the toilet paper was often empty, which is no wonder with 2 toilet roll holders with one roll each for all female users. In light there was also only on one side at such prices I find such thriftiness wrong or should then be invested in motion detectors. The operator speaks almost only Spanish no problem for me but he was not friendly. Unfortunately, the reception times are not adhered to in typical Spanish fashion. It is nice that you have enough time to leave. There are many garbage cans scattered around the site which are emptied regularly.Käännetty automaattisesti.
- heinz p.July 2016PositiivisetThe wonderful place, friendliness, cleanliness.NegatiivisetNot necessarily cheap.Fine in a small townThe gentleman at reception speaks little English but is very friendly. Good WiFi and the proximity to the center are ideal. English is only spoken in the many restaurants on the beach/harbor. On the way to the center, I wanted to eat something in a nice restaurant, but not a word of English was possible.... That was actually an indictment. So I moved on. Tourism is predominant in the former fishing village of San José. However, there are no large hotel complexes here. Unfortunately, the glorious Zenec doesn't even show the town, let alone the camping "Tau".Käännetty automaattisesti.
- diana l.May 2014I always like to come back, it has magic!I personally like this campsite very much, maybe because I know the whole area very well. The staff is very friendly, they help in everything. The facilities are very good. You have to walk about 5 min to get to the beach, there are beautiful beaches in that area, in the afternoon you can take a nice... walk through the village, you don't really have to use the car. San Jose has more than 2 supermarkets. Quality and price of the campsite are ok. It is a small campsite, so you need to book for July and August. There are trees, but more sun than shade. In August, especially on weekends, the clientele is more partying.Käännetty automaattisesti.
- Friedhelm M.September 2010PositiivisetClose to town, great coastlineNegatiivisetRestlessness, the other vacationersDropout ?The place could be quite good, but overall it didn't convince me. Toilets without toilet paper, often no peace at night due to drunk or stoned holidaymakers stumbling over taut tent ropes at 4 a.m. I didn't enjoy it and preferred to move on. The operators should be more concerned. People who need a seatbelt will like it there.Käännetty automaattisesti.
