But it didn't bother us. It was a vacation.Simply greatEcktannen is a great campsite if you want to relax. We had an unparceled pitch with a direct view of the foothills of the Müritz. The peace and quiet coupled with the wonderful spring weather was unique. Not all the sanitary facilities were open. However, this is due to the season and renovation work.... Where we used the facilities, everything was exemplary. Everything was not only clean but really clean. The staff were everything you would expect. Friendly, nice and helpful. We can highly recommend the campsite.

- Gerd R.October 2024Relaxed campingYou will be welcomed by a friendly team in a spacious and well-kept reception area. A professional and informative briefing with tips rounds off your arrival. We found a reasonable barrier map, the choice between a parceled or free pitch, very natural with good facilities with electricity and water,... a spacious and clearly structured disposal island, very clean sanitary facilities, the good connection to the city of Waren (cycle paths), the direct location on the Müritz and the national park remarkable. What is offered here by the team and the campsite is indescribably beautiful. The landscape, i.e. the nature on the campsite, the whole environment, by that I mean the beaches, the short distances... to the sanitary facilities, the cleanliness, the proximity to the harbor and last but not least the prices. Everyone will find something to suit their budget here. In short, we simply have to come back. But then for a longer vacation. We particularly liked the greenery of the campsite. Beautifully situated in the woods, a great playground, close to the water, great straight cycle paths (for me as an unsafe cyclist and also traveling with children) just great. Nice people at the Rezi and also at the food box.... And above all, an affordable place. There was nothing to complain about. One small suggestion, maybe point out the walking speed again when guests arrive. Some people drive really inappropriately fast on the pitch. We have a dog and so do many others here and you can feel that dogs are not only tolerated but welcome. The site is well-kept, the sanitary facilities are not new, but always clean and well distributed.
