Straight, rootless grass pitch into which the pegs can be hammered easily. However, the tent must be moved to the pitch for more than 4 nights. All types of foil and carpets are prohibited. Neither is barbecuing unless you set it up cleverly so that the groundskeeper (Bavarian... friendliness is different!!!) doesn't see it. Geese roam the site in the morning and evening. Bread rolls are available to order. Sanitary clean and functional. Very positive: there are tickets to Regensburg at a greatly reduced price. The place is 10 years old and has almost no / too small trees and bushes. But great in spring and fall!Super nice and relaxingWe don't have too far to go, we'll definitely be back. Regensburg, Kehlheim, Weltenburg Monastery all within a radius of 15 km.

But really relaxing. As an early riser, I saw deer, rabbits and various birds. The site is very well looked after by the owner family, the sanitary facilities are new and very clean. There is also a nice... café with homemade cakes and cold snacks, very good and highly recommended. Both are very easy to reach. The place makes a neat and tidy impression, midday peace is observed, even if not by the lawnmower.
Nice starting point for cycling tours or excursions to Regensburg and Kelheim, or the Altmühltal....
The sanitary facilities are attractive. The size of the pitches is very pleasant. The WiFi also works, although it's better to use your own cell phone as a hotspot for streaming.

Very friendly welcome from the owner, our pitch request was met without any complications. Excellent modern sanitary facilities in the middle of the site, terraced, well-kept pitches, everything still quite... new. The site does not have a restaurant, but a café. The site owner's daughter is a master confectioner.
But there is also a snack bar for those passing through in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning from 8.00 am.
Regensburg, the Danube valley and Altmühltal are nearby, we almost stayed there for our vacation.

Pitches are supplied with electricity, fresh and process water.

Very well-kept site with really large pitches. I didn't have to lay a carpet on the grass.
I really liked the separation between a dog-free part of the site and a dog part with its own... "walking path".
There was plenty of space in the sanitary facilities. It was always clean. This could only be topped with fully closed partitions between the cabins.

The owners are very friendly, the bread roll service works very well and the sanitary facilities are clean. The pitches are pleasantly large. Outside the small spa town of Bad Abbach and just under 20 km from Regensburg, this site is located close to the Danube. The site is laid out in terraces and has two different pitch sizes. The central sanitary building is located... in the middle of the site. It is modern and practically furnished. However, if the site is fully booked, there is not enough space. The daughter of the house has opened a café next to the campsite. There are delicious homemade cakes here - be sure to try them. Bread roll service and drinks are available at the reception, other shopping facilities in Bad Abbach. There are many sightseeing opportunities from the campsite (Regensburg, Kelheim), and you can also cycle along the Danube, for example. We really liked it.Käännetty automaattisesti.

The vacation pitches are laid out at different heights and are nice and large. You can see far into the countryside. There is a reasonable waiting area for arrivals in front of the site. The sanitary facilities are modern and clean. The operators... are friendly people. Bread rolls can be ordered and there is also a café. The train station to Regensburg is within easy reach, ideal for a stroll through the city. The Danube cycle path is in the immediate vicinity, so Bad Abbach can be reached quickly by bike. If you want entertainment and a party, you should camp somewhere else. From the site there are many opportunities for cycling along the Danube, to the Altmühltal, Regensburg, Kelheim and much more. The site is clean, well equipped with infrastructure, the wash house is new, attractive and well maintained. And a little sober. Please put some love in it! We liked the place very much: friendly staff, very clean sanitary facilities, generally well-kept grounds, island café with a nice breakfast/snack offer. We went to the Inselbad - about 5 minutes on foot. One of the nicest outdoor pools we've been to so far. There was a choice between a small or large pitch. We chose the small one for one night. (2 adults, 1 child (6), 1 dog = 21 euros). The sanitary buildings were very nice and clean. The whole site was well maintained. There was a playground... which our child did not find so appealing. Catering available (we didn't test it). We didn't have any milk with us, but we were able to buy it without any problems. There is a great swimming pool nearby. As already mentioned, the trees are (still) too small to provide shade.
