The sanitary facilities are very clean and new, the welcome is very friendly and there is also a bread roll service. Despite the railroad and a main road running past the site, it is very quiet,... even at night. There is also a snack bar on the site which we can only recommend, it is very tasty and the prices are more than reasonable considering the quantity.

The pitches are all newly leveled and divided into very large plots, electricity and water everywhere on the site, plus a small lantern on the electricity column. The lighting on the whole site is exemplary....
In addition, there is a sanitary block that was always (!) spotlessly clean and is furnished in an extremely functional manner. You can see the experience of the operators here, for example there are enough hooks for clothes and towels in every cabin. And everything is quite new ...
We were originally only here for one night and then stayed for 4 days. If you are sensitive to noise, you might feel disturbed. It did not bother us. -Great place on the RhineConclusion: a beautiful, small square in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine. There are many paths for walking and cycling. Ideal if you want to spend a quiet weekend.

The connection to Koblenz is easy via the train station in Leutesdorf. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to climb the stairs to the platform by bike as there is no push bar. The ferry to Andernach or the geyser also leaves from Leutesdorf. You can... also take a nice cycle tour via Koblenz to Andernach and then take the ferry back.
The area is also ideal for hiking. We particularly recommend the hike to the Brombeerhütte, which leads through woods and meadows and offers a wonderful view over the Rhine to Koblenz and across to the geyser.
The food at the campsite is highly recommended, as is a visit to the wine merchants in the area and in the village.

The sanitary facilities were always clean, even if the number was a bit limited when fully occupied. It was checked several times a day, there is nothing to complain about.
The site itself is beautifully situated... and has generously sized pitches. You can go on bike tours and hikes directly from the site.
We also liked the transparent price regulation for electricity according to consumption, where, thanks to the latest technology, the consumption can be read continuously at the electricity columns. This means that every camper is in control of their own electricity costs and unfair flat rates are avoided.

That is very good. The pitches are large enough and partly shaded. The reception is friendly and the service with very tasty bread rolls deserves 5 stars. The occupancy rate is not too high,... so there is no stress. Unfortunately, the geographical location is visually very beautiful and there is nothing to complain about in terms of public transport connections, but the noise pollution caused by the traffic through the Rhine Valley is disturbing for sensitive people at night. The campsite host can't do anything about the location of the mountains and the river valley.........
The connection to the Rhine Cycle Path and rail transport is good for cyclists, but the word "barrier-free" is not known at some train stations and it is a good idea to be prepared for grueling platforms. But a tour to Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne by bike and back by train is not possible from everywhere. Playground available. No baked rollsNegatiivisetIf you want to enjoy absolute peace and quiet, you're in the wrong place here at the weekend. In addition to the train lines and boat traffic, there are also wine tourists. This means loud bawling into the night. Large cliques usually meet up to drink the wine rations. There are only three showers per gender. Which leads to traffic jams in the morning on Sundays. The Oasis restaurant does not live up to its name at all. It's more likely to be thrown unkindly on the plates. Also too expensive for our taste for a camping pub. You could tell that the waitress wasn't in the mood. Annoyed and taciturn. We are not used to that.Beautiful campsite on the Rhine. Tidy and clean.Small, tidy campsite on the Rhine. The bread rolls there deserve their name. Really tasty. The only negative thing we noticed were the drunks at the weekend. In other words, the wine tourists. The later in the evening, the longer the nights. We couldn't get any rest without earplugs. The train tracks... and shipping are directly in front of and behind you, but that didn't bother us. We didn't like the restaurant, maybe we are just spoiled. We also found it too expensive for a camping pub.
The portions were manageable. Sanitary blocks clean and modern.
Pitches large and some with a view of the Rhine. On the whole ok if you don't want to relax at the weekend. Hikes are also possible. The ferry to Andernach unfortunately did not run due to low water. CP is located directly near the Rhine. To the next town along the Rhine in about 30 minutes by bike. Restaurant on site, unfortunately we could not visit it, as it is currently only open from Thursday. Most restaurants in the area are closed... on Mondays. New owners very friendly. We really liked it, very clean sanitary facilities. We were even able to choose our own pitch for our camper van. Bread roll service. The site directly on the Rhine is high enough and very beautiful. The sanitary facilities are new and well maintained, the sinks for the dishes... are huge! The pitches have a view of the Rhine and are also suitable for larger caravans (9.5m). There are plenty of opportunities for excursions by bike and car, and you can get to Leutesdorf quickly by bike. A staircase leads to the Rhine hiking trail. The sanitary facilities are new, adequate and well maintained. The restaurant offers simple but excellent meals. The pitches are more than large... enough, spread over two slightly sloping meadows under deciduous and coniferous trees. There is plenty of water and electricity on the site. The operators are very friendly and run their site with love. Permanent campers have a separate part of the site. The free WiFi is weak and is actually superfluous, as the mobile network coverage on the site is perfect.
