But all this cannot cover the unacceptable behaviour of the lady who was "in charge", the way she spoke to us and the way she treated us. But unfortunately they have chosen to have her in reception and that is how she has learned to behave (obviously... at home too). They do not respect or appreciate the money left by anyone (no matter how little). Shame and shame again because one person managed to ruin our 2 days. About 1/4 hour after walking around again in the reception sits a young lady and says the places we have chosen are reserved for the day. When I was told... that there were no reservation signs there, she said, "No matter, they are reserved." After 6 hours of driving and the pitch not being on the main road, I vented my anger. The family is very nice and helpful. We were there for almost 3 weeks with our dog and there were no problems. Only if the dog wants to go into the water you have to go to the kilometer long beach. The very nice sandy beach is great, ideal for children. The gastronomy is simple but good (Greek), the sanitary facilities are simple but good, only the warm water is not always there. Very friendly welcome, very clean, inexpensive taverna, beautiful, spacious beach. Unfortunately a lot of musty permanent campers, but that's not the operator's fault. Beautiful location with a wonderful sandy beach. The self-service restaurant is excellent (value for money). Unfortunately, we had a rainy day and the showers remained cold as the hot water is produced exclusively by solar energy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Abends gibt es spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge zu sehen. Plätze sind mit Hecken voneinander getrennt, nicht alle Plätze können geößere Gefährte (>7.5 mtr) aufnehmen.

Rudolf O.June 2013This is our 3rd time here and we always feel very comfortable. As we avoid the tourist stress, we come for 2-3 weeks in June and enjoy the peace and quiet, our dog also feels very comfortable. The whole site is well laid out and lovingly looked after by the family. Very nice, shady pitches and also many... right by the sea (rather windy). The pitches have enough space, our camper is 7.50 m and it's no problem. The food is simple Greek but very good, excellent sea bream and very good house wine. Those who prefer typical Greek tavernas will find them in the next village Kastro - e.g. Dyonis or at Nicos in the olive garden (on the way to the harbor). This year there was also a very good simple taverna along the beach (where the wild campers are parked). The campsite has a very nice bar that is open all day - homemade ouzo and rosé highly recommended! If you are equipped with a scooter, you will find beautiful markets with great fruit and vegetables in the surrounding villages - and sensational souflaki (Varthalome and Gastuni). The water is crystal clear, the sandy beach is narrow (due to the winter storms) but you can take long walks along the beach. All in all, this place is our favorite - we also visited the surrounding places - here it is the quietest and very familiar!Käännetty automaattisesti.
Barbara & Rudi O.June 2012We were there again this year and had a great stay. The family is very, very nice and we felt very comfortable. Always clean and helpful! This year we also had our own moped with us and were able to take nice trips to Kastro/Castle or various markets in the surrounding area. The cuisine is still simple but good, if you want a change you can go to Kastro e.g. Tavern Dyonis.
