Frederiksværk Camping is a clear site in the middle of nature and with peace and idyll, but at the …same time the site is in the heart of Frederiksværk with only 200 m to the nearest supermarket and 300 m to Frederiksværk's pedestrian street with many shopping opportunities. The proximity to the pleasant pedestrian street in the city, with horse-drawn carriage rides and city tours, provides an extra experience. Here it is lush and green, and in the backyard the idyllic canal runs through the city. You can rent a canoe on site and go on a canoe trip all the way through the city and out to Denmark's largest lake, Arresø, or via the canal into Roskilde Fjord, which opens up into a magnificent spectacle of beaches and a rich bird life.
