- Reinhold M.April 2024PositiivisetPeace, nature, away from the hustle and bustle, friendly staff, clean sanitary facilitiesNegatiivisetThe unfortunately closed restaurantQuiet and beautifulA beautifully situated, largely unspoilt site. Away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet location, this idyllic site is situated on the edge of the nature park. Lots of trees providing shade, heavenly peace and quiet, clean sanitary facilities and water and electricity connections for every pitch -... what more could you want?
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A bread roll and breakfast service and the small store make up for the lack of shopping facilities.
The only, but not serious, disadvantage is the unfortunately closed restaurant. It had to close due to a lack of staff.
Unfortunately, we only stayed here for two nights, but we will definitely be back. Then for a longer stay.Käännetty automaattisesti. - Torben F.August 2023PositiivisetQuiet parking space Everything well lit, own gastronomy, small kiosk at the entrance Great for children In the middle of the old beech trees The call of the owl echoes across the square at night Shuttle service from the square to the Störtebeker Festival Everything within easy reach, whether visiting the Königsstuhl or the beach in Glowe, everything can be reached quicklyNegatiivisetNone worth mentioningWonderful idyll with nice staffWonderful place
Loving and caring owner our children really rave about him.
Always fun on the lips
The shuttle rides to Störtebeker and back were relaxed and almost as enjoyable for the kids as the performance itself.
Lovingly responded to the children's questions/comments.
Simply very cordial
We will miss the calls of the owls that echo across the square at night as much as the beach and the flashing lights of the Cape Arkona lighthouse.Käännetty automaattisesti. - John T.July 2023PositiivisetPeace, relaxation...familiar!!!!NegatiivisetUnfortunately far away from home, otherwise I would be here more often!!!Simply beautiful here!!!The peace and freedom here is so beautiful! Just nature camping. The whole team looks after you like a family and dogs are welcome. However, if you're looking for tents, caravans and motorhomes in rows, you've come to the wrong place!!!
I think it's great and will be back next year with my team!!!
Many thanks for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Käännetty automaattisesti. - Jule K.September 2022PositiivisetSanitary new and clean, bread service, small but nice restaurant for lazy cooks, our dog traveled free of charge!!!Negatiiviset...none found on our partAutumn (time out) in wonderful surroundingsJust had a relaxing long weekend in the middle of the beautiful beech forest.
Nice guests and courteous staff. Everything was clean and perfectly adequate.
The highlight was the lovely campfire evening for all guests (a complete surprise for us) - there was a barbecue and everyone could pay a "contribution" of their choice. Super relaxed atmosphere .... would love to come againKäännetty automaattisesti. - Kuba K.July 2022PositiivisetBeautiful place in the middle of nature.NegatiivisetNarrow-minded owners and staff. No free choice of seats and blunt instructions from the staff about the stand position.Mr.A very nice and quiet campsite in the middle of the Rügen nature in the Jasmund National Park. The place would have deserved many more stars if it weren't for the narrow-minded owners and staff.
The website advertised the free choice of pitch. Misinformation, because you were sent straight to the staff... who assigned you a specific pitch. The owner told the staff that they should stand "neatly". On the pitch itself, we weren't even allowed to choose our position, but had to stand straight in front of the other caravans. In front of our caravan there was a big muddy puddle which we had to force our way through when we went into the caravan. The vehicle was not allowed to stand next to the caravan, but in a separate parking lot under trees. On a stormy day, we parked our vehicle next to the caravan as an exception to avoid storm damage. There was very little activity on the site itself as we were there in the low season. Nevertheless, we were warned to remove the vehicle within five minutes. When we kindly pointed out the risk of storm damage, we were simply told that we were insured.
Another negative thing we noticed was the lunch break at the barrier. No admission is granted between 1 and 3 pm. An outdated camping mentality, just like 40 years ago.
The campsite itself is really cozy and beautiful. Due to the backward operators and the outdated management of the campsite, I unfortunately do not recommend it to any campers. There are plenty of other places on the island.
Urgent appeal to the operator: Adapt to the times. Let campers stay where they want and above all how they want and above all get rid of your tradintional camping mentality. Many foreign campers were also very annoyed during our stay.Käännetty automaattisesti. - gisela j.July 2022Positiivisetideal for children, not far to the sea, shuttle service if required, starting point for exploring the islandNegatiiviset.super quiet, friendly and helpful staffQuiet place, Heike and Norbert (operator) and all staff always friendly and helpful. The food in the Spechthöhle was great, freshly caught fish and only regional produce. Everything is clean and the new sanitary building has become chic. The rental properties are equipped with everything, you can enjoy your vacation here and really relax. Dogs are also very welcome. We will definitely be back.
LG to the whole team
the JeskesKäännetty automaattisesti. - Elke S.June 2022PositiivisetQuiet, shady pitches, clean new sanitary building, just the right place for our activities.NegatiivisetNo TV reception, but that's complaining on a high levelThe place was great for usWe felt very comfortable. We cannot confirm any complaints about the boss. However, he sets great store by rules. For example, that you say if you want to stay longer and don't just stay on the pitch of your own accord. We witnessed this situation, but we thought the owner was right. That doesn't work... on other campsites either. We also only had positive encounters at reception. If you want to get involved in the area, this is the place for you. We cycled 500 km in 7 days and it's great here for that and for hiking.Käännetty automaattisesti.

- Sagich N.July 2021PositiivisetThe situationNegatiivisetEverything elseThe campsite is an impositionCould be a nice place if you weren't harassed and shouted at by the operator.
In addition, there is stinginess everywhere. Obviously cheaply thrown together equipment, smell of old grease from the restaurant, shower token lasts just 90 seconds, mold on the ceiling and generally only cleaned once a day.
Never again! The worst campsite I know.Käännetty automaattisesti. - Peter B.October 2020PositiivisetFriendly welcome as soon as you call to register. The location of the site in the middle of the beech forest. Very clean and new sanitary facilities in the central area.NegatiivisetUnpaved paths in the central area (forest clearing), which can become quite slippery in the wet weather in October.Camping at the World Heritage SiteWe were there with the caravan and had a pitch in the central area, i.e. in the area of the clearing in the beech forest. There are also pitches directly behind the reception (on the edge of the forest) as well as on an adjacent meadow with a view towards the Baltic Sea and in the forest itself, which... are popular with campers with tents, at least in October. Despite high humidity and occasional rain in October, the pitches in the beech forest were very dry. The site is very suitable for travelers with dogs, who are welcome here and are not charged extra for their four-legged friends. The restaurant on site is simple, but offers good food.
The new sanitary building in the central area (Buchenwald clearing) was always very clean at all times of the day and night.
It is a nature campsite, so you should not expect pitches to be parceled out and divided by hedges (except for a few pitches directly behind the reception). The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours. There are good restaurants about 2 km away. The nearest major shopping facilities are approx. 8 km away. Gladly again!Käännetty automaattisesti. - Dennis I.August 2020PositiivisetNature, hiking, bike tours, nature and sandy beach nearby, quiet and starry nights, perfect for stargazingNegatiivisetThe vacation ended too soon :)☆☆☆☆☆Very nice little campsite on the edge of the forest with plenty of peace and quiet to relax and unwind.
Sunny in the morning until midday and cool and shady through the trees from the heat of the afternoon.
Fresh drinking water close to the pitch.
Incredibly clear skies at night, perfect for stargazing....
The staff are friendly and always ready to help.
The on-site restaurant with fresh homemade cakes offers great quality at reasonable prices.
We were thrilled :)Käännetty automaattisesti. - Irina K.August 2020PositiivisetThose who love nature will fall in love with the campsite.NegatiivisetThe vacation came to an end quickly.a wonderful campsiteThe staff were all very friendly. Everything was sour and the food in the small restaurant was very tasty and the cake even more so.
The campsite is in the middle of the forest, you can see a lot of stars in the evening and near the field you can watch the sunset beautifully.
Dogs allowed and no problems.
We will be back.
Best regards from HanoverKäännetty automaattisesti. - Ludwig K.June 2020PositiivisetQuiet and spacious plotNegatiivisetWifi only near the receptionCampsite with its own characterInstead of the expected angry, almost cult-like character: banal normality. Parked within earshot of reception, we only heard the boss speak loudly once during the week of our first visit - but so did the lady, who was more interested in dialog. Neighboring campers, who have been visiting the campsite... for several weeks at a time for years, have not reported any inappropriate tone. The manager always seemed to me to be very alert, attentive, tense, focused on the functioning of all the services on offer and keen to fulfill his duties to the letter. (I even heard him say a polite "Have a nice evening".) When guests complained about a rude tone on the Internet, it was usually in connection with special requests. We personally experienced goodwill in this respect. (Conversely, in individual cases, the "defendant" did not have the opportunity to respond). Incidentally, the staff were super friendly!
L.smallKäännetty automaattisesti. - F. S.July 2019PositiivisetCentral locationNegatiivisetSlow, sometimes unfriendly and rude staff, cramped, disorganized, too few sanitary facilities at full capacityWell located, BUT outrageous and unfriendly operatorBeware of the boss of the campsite. If you ask the wrong questions or allow yourself to criticize the sometimes very slow staff or the strange customs on arrival and departure, you will be insulted and abused. If you can put up with that, you can experience a beautifully situated site, cramped carts... and tents and a rather dusty and sometimes untidy atmosphere. The completely rotten mini-golf course is a disgrace and shows how little value the operators place on maintenance and additional facilities. The small store in the reception is also very strange, as all items (food, drinks, camping equipment) are offered here without any price labeling. Either you ask for the price of each item or you are surprised at the final bill. But even this is only printed out after payment and presented on request. All in all, an absolute absurdity! We felt more like supplicants than guests and had the impression that the operators obviously don't need to make an effort to satisfy their guests or treat them with a minimum of appreciation and hospitality. The only exceptions were the ladies from the campsite restaurant. One thing is clear to us: never again Naturcamping Krüger!Käännetty automaattisesti.
- Petra W.June 2019PositiivisetUniquely beautiful location in the middle of natureNegatiivisetWe have not found any!A dream in the middle of the national parkWe spent a really great and relaxed week here and have never had such a wonderful time! We chose a spot in the meadow with a view of the field so that we had a bit of sun. In the morning, we watched the deer in the meadow about 100 meters away while drinking our coffee. More nature is not possible! :-)... It was very quiet, apart from the twittering of birds and the rustling of the wind in the tops of the beech trees, nothing could be heard. You can go on great hikes directly from the campsite, e.g. to the Königstuhl and along the Hochuferweg. You can also make beautiful tours by bike directly from the CP. The (new) wash house is great and was always clean, in the camping restaurant "Spechthöhle" you can eat wonderfully (boss Heike cooks excellently) and is served very nicely by Kerstin. There is also a bread roll service. We felt very comfortable here and can only recommend this place. If you are looking for peace and relaxation and want to really feel nature, this is the place for you!Käännetty automaattisesti.
- Ramona R.August 2018PositiivisetMany sights nearby, pure relaxationNegatiivisetnoneA wonderful place to relaxSpent a few days up there in August. I already knew it, having been somewhere else for a few years in between. This tranquillity is simply wonderful for relaxing. A real insider tip. Young people can also crawl around in the forest. Wonderful for pensioners and young people, families with children. Someone... is always on hand to answer questions. Fresh bread rolls and the Königstuhl just around the corner. Easy to reach everything by bike. Swimming in Glowe, wonderful beach. I will definitely be back !!!Käännetty automaattisesti.
- Stefan G.May 2018PositiivisetNice and honest staffNegatiivisetHonest staff :DPure nature in the national parkAn excellent and clean campsite that offers exactly what it promises. An idyllic setting in the middle of a beech forest, sunsets over the sea to watch from your tent and peace and quiet in the middle of an otherwise hectic, touristy island.Käännetty automaattisesti.
- Susanne D.October 2017PositiivisetIdyllic and quiet. Good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.Pure relaxation...In my experience, the operators are anything but unfriendly, on the contrary, I was given a very friendly welcome and received valuable tips. In the cozy "Spechthöhle" you can eat very well, especially fresh fish. The campsite is in a very idyllic and quiet location and is an ideal starting point for... hikes. Dogs are very welcome. I particularly enjoyed the barbecue around the campfire with all the guests. Very informal atmosphere. From my side all thumbs up for this place! Thank you for 3 lovely, relaxing days.Käännetty automaattisesti.
- Sebastian E.September 2017PositiivisetNature, peace and quiet, clean showers/toiletsNegatiivisetvery unfriendly operators partly muddy groundbeautiful campsite, unfriendly operatorThe campsite is really beautifully situated in the Jasmund National Park in the immediate vicinity of the chalk cliffs. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the place for you. The sanitary facilities are very clean, the restaurant (Spechthöhle) makes a cozy impression. The paths and tent... pitches could be a little better surfaced, as they are quite muddy when it rains. Unfortunately, the absolutely unfriendly operator (including his staff) detracts considerably from the otherwise positive overall picture. We are really not "whingers" and always try to be understanding and friendly, but the way in which you are treated here as a (paying) guest from above is really unique...Käännetty automaattisesti.
- Till F. B.August 2017PositiivisetSensational evening sky (or life in the forest, depending on the pitch)NegatiivisetToo few toiletsSimple and goodLevel, freely selectable pitch next to the reception. Clean sanitary facilities in the container, but 2 toilets are not enough (I can't judge the situation at the pitches in the forest). Simple, lovingly prepared food in the restaurant. Few visible permanent campers. Quick bike ride through the beech forest in the national park center. The boss has a robust sense of humor, so don't be touched right away.Käännetty automaattisesti.
