The taps in the dishwashing room were also constantly broken and it took a long time for them to be repaired. The technical condition of the wellness area is poor (sometimes only cold and cloudy water) Price/performance is overpriced in our opinion. We cannot recommend the restaurant. We actually liked it very much.
If we are allowed to express constructive criticism, the many leaves lying around everywhere and the small paths leading to and from the bathroom are quite uneven due to root growth and therefore difficult to walk on for people with walking difficulties. Please... don't take this provocatively, we will definitely be back. Probably over Easter and then probably with our children, but they will come in their own caravan. Perhaps there is the possibility of booking two pitches next to each other.

Electricity, gas, water, drainage, TV connection, everything available. The spa area is very well equipped and everything is well maintained and clean. Everything you need to relax and unwind is available here. You can swim, take a sauna, go for a walk and eat very well in the restaurant "Zur Leibspeis". Unfortunately, this impression is ruined by the completely unusable shower fittings. I was annoyed during my last stay and also in spring 2004 during every stay in the property. In one wash/shower room, neither the shower nor the water at the washbasin... worked, according to the smell (dried out odor trap) this had been the case for some time. The room was only shut off after I complained to reception. In the other rooms, either the infrared sensor did not work properly or the temperature setting could only be adjusted by force. Or the distance was so short that it was almost impossible to adjust the water temperature between too cold and too hot. In this respect, I was annoyed every time I used it and from the middle of our vacation I only used the sanitary facilities at reception. 1 sauna defective for one day
for New Year's Eve,
waited 2 hours for an Aperol and only after asking the boss !
there... was no bread for dinner, we didn't have it !
no medium water, only natural or sparkling water
no service, sitting 1 hour in front of empty glasses and nobody to see
and the show with Gerda Gans was something for old people's homes with hearing impaired people
so really an imposition .

The only drawback was the pitch surface. In wet weather, the surface is very bumpy. A new layer of gravel would be good!
