The cleanliness and the bathrooms are really great! Great indoor and outdoor swimming pool and great spa area.
All the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The boss always has a casual saying on his lips... and you can tell that he loves what he does.
The food in the restaurant was suuuuper delicious. If you want to search in the crumbs, the restaurant could be a bit more "cozy".

There are three of us traveling with our teenage daughter.
With the guest card you can use all public transport such as buses and trains free of charge.
It's easy to get to Merano or Bolzano.
The nearby bus stop... makes it easy to reach excursion destinations.
The very clean campsite has a heated outdoor pool which can also be used in spring.
Wash houses are cleaned several times a day and are in top condition.
The restaurant serves delicious dishes, including take-away. "Eat like God in France". Daily changing dishes of the day.
There is also a supermarket just a short walk away which is very well stocked.
The resort staff are all very friendly.
The campsite is very well maintained and clean.

We were in Merano in 30 minutes on our bikes. The bus and train connections are also excellent. Several grocery stores and other stores in Lana are within easy walking distance. By the way, we got over the Brenner Pass very quickly on the outward journey. Can't be done - doesn't exist.
And if you don't want to be pampered or count calories, you've definitely come to the wrong place!
