It is also a central starting point for many hikes and cycle tours. The cleanliness and the pitches on the site are also impressive, as is the friendliness of the staff. It is pleasantly quiet on the site, which is very important. The sanitary facilities are very clean and modern.... The restaurant is cozy and the staff is also very friendly and attentive. The food is very good, from starters to desserts. The pool is very nice and clean, even heated water, ideal in spring.
We were given a guest card for the entire stay, with which you can use public transport anywhere in the area for free. There are very well-developed cycle routes through the many apple orchards, which makes for great excursions. Merano can be reached in half an hour and Bolzano in 1 hour and 15 minutes, both very nice towns for a stroll. There are also many opportunities for hiking.

All the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The boss always has a casual saying on his lips... and you can tell that he loves what he does.
The food in the restaurant was suuuuper delicious. If you want to search in the crumbs, the restaurant could be a bit more "cozy".

With the guest card you can use all public transport such as buses and trains free of charge.
It's easy to get to Merano or Bolzano.
The nearby bus stop... makes it easy to reach excursion destinations.
The very clean campsite has a heated outdoor pool which can also be used in spring.
Wash houses are cleaned several times a day and are in top condition.
The restaurant serves delicious dishes, including take-away. "Eat like God in France". Daily changing dishes of the day.
There is also a supermarket just a short walk away which is very well stocked.
The resort staff are all very friendly.
The campsite is very well maintained and clean.

The intimacy of the luxury pitches is very pleasant thanks to the green hedges that separate the pitches from each other. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere created by the soft background music and good room fragrance in the sanitary... buildings! The lovingly designed pool area is just as eye-catching as the overall exterior of the entire site. The evening restaurant is uncomplicated and spoils you with very tasty dishes, the name "La dolce vita" speaks for itself!

You can tell that everyone enjoys their work and you get a really great feel-good atmosphere 'NegatiivisetI really don't know what there is to complain about, because the whole Schlosshof package is really great! But yes, there was one thing that really annoyed me! The birds on the site (sparrows, blackbirds, pigeons) are in no way educated and make a complete mess of the awning and carpet! 😂Brilliant vacationThe Schlosshof Resort definitely deserves the awards 2nd in Europe, 1st in Italy and 1st in South Tyrol!
The cleanliness/maintenance of the campsite, sanitary facilities, restaurant, pool, wellness and spa is a dream!
Everyone in the team radiates friendliness to the highest degree! You can tell that... the friendliness comes from the heart and is not an act!
It feels like "coming home" when you arrive and move into your pitch!
The location of the site is more than great!
You can get to the orchards by bike in no time without having to use the main roads! You can also walk from the campsite to hiking/whaling trails or take the bus, which is totally flexible thanks to the South Tyrol Pass!

The pitches for the WOMOs are large and optimally separated from each other by hedges and trees. Electricity consumption is billed accurately based on actual consumption. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The fresh bread rolls in the morning are varied and delicious.
