We had a few wonderful days in late summer and actually only stayed at this campsite as we had also booked a night in the adjacent tree house hotel - SUPER experience - but really expensive. The campsite itself was okay in terms of price, there was only one camper van there... apart from us and so we had the meadow almost to ourselves. It was very quiet and the children could run around without disturbing anyone. Perfect! However, it's a real shame that the site seems to have fallen asleep. The sanitary facilities were generally okay, but everything seemed so outdated. The indoor arcade wasn't really an arcade. It was like a large attic where old and broken toys such as swings were stored. The playground was the worst. Rusty climbing frames, torn ropes on the swings and a broken sandpit - this should not be! It's a shame that more attention is not paid to this. Nevertheless, we had a lot of fun as there is a walnut tree and a chestnut tree in the playground and we were busy collecting them. If this site were to be spruced up and there was a great restaurant, it would be a dream campsite in a unique location!Käännetty automaattisesti.

The sanitary facilities were not even cleaned in the 4 days we were there. The playground is rotten. We were off-season with dog on the place except for 2 days each 1 motorhome, or a family with tent. The gravel paths are unfortunately very uncomfortable to walk on. The restaurant is not open and there are no shopping facilities.... There is a pub in the village which is only open on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays (only to a limited extent). As already described, the pitches for holidaymakers are at the top of the hill on a path with lots of old apple trees. Very romantic and beautiful, although not completely flat (but we didn't mind). Unfortunately, the tenant/owner is already old and obviously... can no longer take sufficient care of his site or is simply overwhelmed. You should also allow plenty of time for check-in and check-out - even until you are greeted/served at all. We had to pay for electricity even though we didn't use any - the tenant was unreasonable (2 euros/night). Costs for 2 adults and 1 child (2 years, 3 euros/night!): 41 euros for 2 nights, showers cost extra (20 cents for about 2 minutes, but not always/everywhere hot water comes). The washrooms were not cleaned once in the three days, although they are shared with the restaurant. Many of the terraced areas are deserted and overgrown. You can see in many places that the site, which is actually really beautiful and has a lot of potential, is not sufficiently maintained. The playground has obviously not been checked and maintained for a long time and therefore not only looks neglected, but is also unsafe due to defective play equipment. The "noise pollution" from youth groups didn't bother us, but the music could be heard from a distance.Käännetty automaattisesti.

Window sills e.g. not cleaned for years (dead mosquitoes), inventory used up, loud bass after midnight by youth groups during vacation times. The restaurant... has been closed for years and rest is unthinkable during vacation periods. Only really suitable for overnight stays when it's not raining. - Jutta M.August 2010Beautifully situated in the middle of nature! This site is ideal for all campers who are NOT looking for and love an absolutely structured and well-organized campsite. The tourist pitches stretch along an old orchard - the terrain here is very uneven in places, so wheel chocks and chocks for the caravan... are necessary. The view of the countryside is beautiful and offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation. The pitches are very spacious and offer plenty of room for privacy. Long power cables are necessary and the taps for fresh water are centrally located for several pitches. The tenants are always friendly and helpful and are on hand to offer advice and assistance. If you like swimming in nature, you will love the bathing lakes. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the tourist campsite. The sanitary facilities for the tourist area are modern and well equipped, but with a fully occupied site with 2 showers and only 3 toilets, they are a bit cramped. The cleanliness is ok, but in my opinion cleaning twice a day would be more appropriate given the number of people. The restaurant offers classic cuisine - reasonable prices and sufficient quantities, but the restaurant is only open from Thu-Sun (lunchtime). If you want to eat out, you have to drive about 10 km to the next town. The kiosk offers a small selection of sweets and bread rolls ordered the evening before. Beautiful hiking trails line the campsite and offer many excursion possibilities. The campsite is also suitable for dog owners. A lake is specially designated for dogs. Good walking opportunities around the site with short distances. Conclusion: A nice campsite in a quiet location that offers relaxed camping without particularly high standards.Käännetty automaattisesti.
