"Perfect location, but very simple - OK for short stops and for those who don't have high expectations. But we would visit the site again just because of the location; unfortunately there are hardly any or no other options in Berlin.

"In the middle of Berlin - Simple place . everything works . a perfect place when I want to visit Berlin . we had a very nice reception and nice neighbors . there is a lounge with beer sausage and other drinks ... the place was all in all much more pleasant than expected ... if Berlin ... then definitely here again.

"Rip-off - A new business model has been developed here to rip off motorhome owners. When you check in, you have to deposit €20 without a receipt for a key that you don't need. As you don't have to go to reception when you check out, it's easy to forget. I think this happens to 10% of guests. So the €20 is gone. If you then send the key later by post, including a stamped envelope, you don't get a thank you for the key or the €20, despite receiving confirmation of receipt by telephone. Assuming 10%, that's €100 per day, or around €3,000 per month. Very nice.....

"Top parking space for your next visit to Berlin - We received a very friendly welcome on the pitch. The registration went smoothly, although we decided very spontaneously to visit Berlin. Nice new sanitary facilities even though we only used the toilets.
