The sanitary facilities, especially the toilets, were often dirty.
Unfortunately, the grass on the pitch itself was no longer there.
Unfortunately, we also had many (!)
ants on our pitch and therefore permanently on our chairs and... on the table in the mobile home. Unfortunately, the groundsman smiled at us for this. He said it was nature and then took care of it.
The reception staff were extremely friendly!
The free showers were pleasant. The showers were modern. The toilets were not.
The connection to public transport is very good. The town has a few stores.
The restaurant: Nice. The website emphasizes that "great importance is attached to the quality and freshness of the prepared dishes". We didn't find this to be the case with the food. Price-performance ratio not in order. The service was extremely friendly!
The town's outdoor pool is great and can be used free of charge with the guest card

The reception was friendly, the sanitary facilities are clean and modern. The site is relatively cheap with the ACSI card in the low season. The friendliness of the staff immediately makes you feel welcome. Big praise to all the staff! The facilities are very good, clean sanitary facilities and a large ski drying room. The pitches are large. 7m caravan plus awning plus car no problem. The wifi was cheap and had good reception on our pitch. All in all, great value for money.
We will definitely be back.

This was not obvious. Then we couldn't pay straight away, she was too busy (see opening times). - Andreas V.July 2019Dobre straneClean, dog-friendly, large pitches suitable for double axles.Cool place with lots of possibilitiesWe spent eight lovely and entertaining days at the campsite, an ideal starting point for our excursions and hiking tours in the Serfaus, Fiss and Ladies vacation region. The campsite is easy to navigate and has the reception, restaurant and very clean sanitary facilities in the center. Even if the reception... is closed, you can use your pitch immediately. At the reception you can see which pitch you have been allocated and for those who have not reserved a pitch, the free pitches are displayed. Our pitch was in the newer Pontlaz, large pitches with direct water and drainage. With our almost 10m caravan without a mover, however, it is quite tight to get onto the pitch, but it is easy to push and the surrounding campers helped with the departure. The arrival and departure is also quite narrow, but possible. The leisure facilities for children on the site are good, there is a playground and you can use a Velcro wall, but you have to bring your own equipment. There is also children's entertainment, but our children did not make use of this. The offers Free Summer Card is a good offer but we have extended this to the Golden Summer Card. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the bus service, the bus runs too infrequently to be able to use it sensibly, so unfortunately we always had to take the car to the cable cars. There is a small store at the reception with the most necessary things and it is possible to order bread and rolls, unfortunately you can only pick them up from 8.00 am. There are various grocery stores nearby that are easy to reach on foot or by bike. There is a dog shower for four-legged friends. The disposal point for motorhomes is unfortunately only a gully and not a lowered disposal point, very often all the waste water runs over the whole place, this would still have to be optimized. What is also missing for mountain bikers is a washing area for mountain bikes. At our time the Inn was very full of water and correspondingly loud, which didn't bother us at all and the nearby main road didn't bother us either.Automatski prevedeno.

Stefan S.July 2018Dobre straneLocation Price/performance Sanitary TOPNegativne straneTraffic noisenice and clean place, but the proximity to the road is annoyingThe location of the site is basically great - at the entrance to the Kaunertal directly on the Inn, from here you have all the options... However, this 'convenient' location also has its downsides, because at some point, you forget about the rushing river and it has a calming effect (at least on me)... - the road directly behind it, which is the gateway to the Kaunertal but also to the Reschenpass etc., really bothered me. Traffic between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., which sometimes drowned out the Inn :( If you're not as sensitive as I am, you'll find a nice place with great sanitary facilities (sufficient number, storage areas, hooks, very clean), where dogs are also welcome. Unfortunately, there is no direct access to the Inn, so you have to walk your four-legged friend along the road (although it's not far away). All in all, a good place (for relatively little money), but for me personally too noisy as described. Perhaps interesting for campers - the pictures (especially on the homepage) show lush, green lawns, which certainly existed when the site was built. Meanwhile, the gray of the gravel stones predominates, which makes it advisable to wear shoes even under the awning carpet of the WoWas ;)Automatski prevedeno.
