Beautiful natural campsite
Beautiful, unspoilt campsite, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers and for boating.
The site is very secluded, the next larger town (Osor) is only about 25 minutes away by car via a sometimes very narrow road - so there are comparatively few large caravans and motorhomes on site.
There... are very good restaurants at the campsite and directly in front of it (Lucia and Pogana restaurants) if you don't want to cook yourself.
The campsite is ideal for boating and SUP sports due to its countless beautiful bays.
The towns of Cres and Mali Losinj can be reached in about 50 minutes by car - so it's also doable.
One of the most beautiful campsites in Croatia - we will definitely be back.

First stay, next year again. Fallow deer on site, scent of spices, fantastic sea, boat trips to dolphins or to the island of Susak. Very clean place, access also no problem (no highway can be built in paradise 😁). Unfortunately, expensive restaurants, but the grocery store and fish market make up for... everything. One year in the previous year almost everything was fully booked except for the free places, because some guests "on suspicion" once reserve 4 weeks, then reduce to 2 weeks at short notice, well. Very friendly, patient and courteous reception, all in all a relaxing vacation.

Secluded and quiet
We have been guests there for several years.
There is no tourist hustle and bustle here.
The campsite is beautifully secluded and not exactly easy to get to due to the access road. It is 13 km from Osor via a bad, narrow road.
The site itself is ok on the pitches, otherwise it's rather wild camping.
100m of power cable can be necessary.

Naturist/textile campsite in the countryside
This was our second time at the campsite. We got a pitch even without a reservation and were even offered a pitch in a parceled-out area. However, we preferred a pitch in the unparceled zone and were able to choose from a few. The campsite was not overcrowded in the second half of June, and some pitches... were empty for a long time. I actually really like the campsite, it's quite big, but the size doesn't stand out negatively. There are several wash houses, both large and small. They were always clean, hot water, soap and toilet paper were always available. Washing machines available. The campsite is very quiet and without any entertainment or similar. During the day, the song cicadas chirp a lot, from the afternoon hours deer appear and wander through the CP. At night it is very quiet and only the main paths are illuminated. The supermarket in the textile zone, right next to the barrier to the naturist zone, is very well stocked and you can find everything you need. Prices are on average about the same as in AT, some more expensive, some cheaper. Unfortunately, the campsite is not very well equipped in terms of food. The pizzeria was closed this year, and the fish restaurant had to charge us more, which left a bitter aftertaste. The prices have risen compared to last year. A long cable is often necessary for the electricity connection. There was a power cut. As we were self-sufficient, we only found out about this at the supermarket. However, they have a power generator. Store opening hours: 7:30-12:00; 18:00-21:00. The coast is rocky, but there are plenty of entrances, including a few bays, and water shoes are recommended. If you have a SUP board or a boat with you, it's worth exploring the surrounding area, there are some beautiful, secluded bays. There is also a small, beautiful bay for four-legged friends. From Osor, the road is very narrow and bumpy in places, so be careful, especially with wider vehicles!

The place is overcrowded and what you get for the expensive price is not exactly what you expect. The approach is very long and the road is barely wide enough for two vehicles.
The small grocery store starts to run out of stock at the end of August. If you want to stand in the dark... forest, this is the place to be! There are places by the water, but you'll quickly lose the pleasure, because the noise from the people playing there lasts all day.
In the evening, the nearby restaurant with its live music will lull you to sleep.
During the week we were there, there were 3 power cuts. Each time around five hours, without warning or reason. No kidding, there are better things than staying at the Baldarin campsite.

Only a few people take naturism seriously (mostly clothed).
Due to the location we had expected more... peace and quiet. This is not the case. Due to the long distances, many people often use their cars and there are many other noises.
The pitches are rather small. It is cramped for large campers or caravans.
There is a well-stocked supermarket on site, making shopping in the nearest town (15 km) less necessary.
If you want to camp in a secluded, shady and dark forest near the sea, this is an interesting place.

The pearl of Cres
We come back again and again and enjoy the idyllic setting. Where does the game come to your place to drink in the evening? Where do you find the best spices and plants? Where is the sea clear and small bays are not totally overcrowded? Camp Baldarin makes it possible. The cleaning and service staff... are top-notch, unbelievable how well they work even in Corona times. Waste separation, waste water treatment, ... everything is there. A brilliant place for us - THANK YOU!

We have been frequenting Croatia for several years now, Istria, Rijeca and the island of Krk.

Last year, between June and July 2021, we landed for the first time on the island of Cres and stayed in the FKK Baldarin campground.

The island is very beautiful, but we were mostly dedicated to discovering... the endless coves, cliffs and small beaches, in and outside the campground, walking beautiful paths in the green, surrounded by wild nature with the almost constant presence of deer.

Within a spectacular pine forest, Baldarin campground is well organized, neat and clean, with an excellent and well-stocked market, a more than decent restaurant, an excellent pizzeria, and a bar.

The restrooms are convenient and always spotlessly clean. All staff (bar, restaurant, market, receptions, maintenance and control staff), are always very friendly and helpful. Special praise, for her kindness and smile, to Mia from the Bokinic bar.

Life at Baldarin is really pleasant and relaxing, the sea is fantastic, and just a few steps from the camp is the cozy restaurant Pogana.

Perhaps the only thing you might miss, is a small bar, a Chiringuito, placed perhaps on a small beach, where you can sip a cocktail or an ice-cold beer by the sea, without having to get dressed.

Of course, it is not the ideal destination for those looking for nightlife, glamour, parties, and animation; certainly to reach Baldarin you have to cross the whole island of Cres, and the last kilometers, in particular, are on a very narrow road, but you just have to face them with caution and limit your speed, also because being in a hurry on vacation would not really make sense.

In short, we were so pleasantly impressed with Camp Baldarin, it so captivated us that we booked our pitch for 2022 before we even finished our 2021 vacation.

Local Lucica
The Lucica restaurant was taken over two years ago. We always found it very cozy and good. We've been going there for a good 20 years. This time, the chef and his cook created a particularly atmospheric evening for us, with torchlight, lovingly decorated seats on the pier and a multi-course fish menu. It was a successful end to our short vacation. Thank you very much!

This year was my first time (and certainly not the last) on this course. It is very natural, I hope it stays that way. The premium and superior pitches that are available are more than sufficient in my opinion, it's better to keep the open spaces. The site in general is very clean, there is no garbage... lying around, the wash houses are constantly cleaned until late in the evening. The beaches and the water are beautiful, clean and there is enough space as there are many beaches spread over the whole site. There is little lighting on the campsite and that's a good thing! The supermarket offers a decent selection, unfortunately sometimes sold out of meat/bread/snacks early in the afternoon. It would be nice if there was a bit more here. A small disadvantage is the long distances to the wash house and the long distances to the electricity boxes in the open areas. These were sometimes full. Perhaps some should be installed here if possible. The naturist rules are handled rather laxly, on the beach it should be checked more often, individual men in clothing on the beach simply does not make a good impression. Otherwise, it was very pleasant that there are no "strict" rules and, surprisingly, people still stick to them quite well. The staff were all very friendly! The restaurant at the back of the square wasn't that special, the portion was large, it tasted good, but nothing more. There was definitely potential here! I can only recommend the pizzeria on the square, very tasty and friendly. The campsite is very quiet and remote, which you should be aware of. If you need a cocktail bar, round-the-clock entertainment and a disco, you've come to the wrong place. Here you will find peace and nature. A very nice place, I'll be back!

Fantastic place
We were there for the 5th time this year and are always impressed. It's a great natural site where you can always come across deer or stags. The supermarket has everything you need. It felt like the sanitary facilities were cleaned 24 hours a day, no matter when I was there, a cleaner was always on duty.... The pizzeria "by Luco" has delicious pizzas and now also other small dishes. Only the restaurant "Lucica " was extremely disappointing this year. The food was inedible, but very expensive.

Fantastic naturist vacation
A paradise for naturists and those seeking relaxation. Top place, very well maintained and managed. We were very happy with the P52, fantastic location. The campsite is secluded, but that was just right for us. The island is great for hiking (very well signposted paths), kayaking, snorkeling and swimming.... The supermarket is well stocked and the price/performance ratio is good. The physiotherapist worked wonders on my back. We will be back! The only downside is the restaurant, unfortunately nothing was right, and not just for us. A sensible management and organization would lead to a goldmine in this fantastic location. Maybe something will change, constructive criticism (table numbers and numbers on the menu) sometimes helps.

The most beautiful place in the world
We have been coming back to this campsite for 25 years. Our paradise! This peace, seclusion, pure nature, sheep, deer ... at night only the starry sky and no floodlights, dreamlike.staff totally friendly, supermarket well sorted, you get everything you need.three times a week comes the fish cart with... the best goods, brilliant.btte please do not change anything on this place! It should remain as natural as it is, there are so many people who are looking for exactly that in today's stressful times.we also don't like the fact that there is now a footpath along the sea towards the restaurant! This takes away the peace and quiet, people are now walking their dogs and riding around on mountain bikes, walkers day and night who throw their cigarettes on the path.this is a deterioration for the superior seaside places.but we always come back to our paradise.thank you thank you for the beautiful time!!!

Not our case
In general, the site is OK. We had a superior pitch, without waste water, but with water and TV. The site is very remote, which is generally nice if you have the opportunity to go out for a nice meal or a cocktail. Unfortunately, none of this is possible. The sanitary facilities were all well maintained... and clean. 3 days before arrival, we received an email that everyone "without exception" had to be unclothed on the premises, otherwise you would have to leave the camp. This message is almost ridiculous when you look around. In addition, there is a doctor there where it is better not to get sick. During our stay, a man had a heart attack and the doctor diagnosed Asma and the wrong food.

We do... our best to make sure that the rules of our naturist campsite are respected, therefore we do the control, but you always have the people that can be clothed and ignore the rules.
For our doctor, so far, we have only gotten the good feedback that he is very helpful and competent, so we should check that.
Hopefully in the future, we will have one more restaurant in our offer, something like that is definitely in our plan.

The nudist area is full of people wearing textiles (also in the water), especially teenagers. Dogs belong on the dog beach. Controls are necessary.
Very relaxing vacation

is located at the southern tip of the island and there are therefore many access points to the sea and plenty of beaches, so it rarely gets really crowded.

Great campsite with lots of nature outside
The rear part of the campsite, furthest from the entrance, is wonderfully natural. You can camp between trees, or under bushes if you have a tent. It has a bit of a wild camping feel, especially because there are no caravans there, only motorhomes.

Very quiet
June 2018 without children, were enthusiastic about the peace and intact nature. New sanitary house that was always clean. Food in the restaurant in the naturist area was good, but if you want more variety you have to drive far. There were a lot of caterpillars but I prefer them to dogs that shit all... over everything. Supermarket sufficient in low season. Ideal for tent vacationers. We didn't see any people in textiles, so if I'm dressed because I'm going shopping, to reception or hiking and crossing the site, I'm not a "textile person".

Getting there is not easy, too many people wearing textiles in the naturist area

We stayed as a couple 58/60 with dog in June 2018 for 3 weeks on the CP. We had a superior pitch and felt very comfortable. The pitches are of different sizes and quality but you can view them very well on the internet. The superior pitches are booked up very early. The only point of criticism was that... at times there were a lot of people in textiles strolling through the naturist area on the way to the restaurant(?), which can be slightly embarrassing for both sides.

We wanted to spend a few days there at the end of May, but left on the same day. The site is plagued by spider caterpillars. The caterpillars are everywhere, on the ground, in the bushes, on trees and even crawling up the legs and campers. The campsite management is aware of this (the caterpillar plague is said to occur on the island of Cres every 7 years!

Camping in the low season
We were here at the beginning of May and were pleasantly surprised. The pitches are large. We had a superior pitch. Most of them have direct access to the sea. The panorama is fantastic, as is the water. Large supermarket at the CP. As everywhere, campers who have no decency are annoying (smoking in the toilet and dog waste bags in the garbage can in the sink).
